Here are a list of suggestions I had in mind: (Feel free to support/reject some and give feedback)
1. Fix Vengeance delay. There is like a 2-tick delay between when you click venge and when its effect begins.
2. Add bonus damage % to equipment stats. In OSRS, the bonus damage % is in the stats interface. For ex: Items like Ancestral and occult boost your magic damage %, not just your offensive magic stat.
3. Fix/Update the NPC Drop Table. Some people have been saying that the Corp drop table is inaccurate. Also, there is no Raids drop table.
4. After a raid, stats should be reset. Due to the overload in raids, I exit a raid with lvl 120 attack, str, def, range, magic.
5. Make magic give better dps than range/melee against such bosses as: Kraken, Barrows melee brothers, Zulrah range/melee phases.
6. Have a daily Automated PvP Tournament with random themes such as Dh pking, Nhing, Bridding, etc., that you can enter for free and that gives everyone the same default setup (temporary items that disappear outside the arena), so you enter it without anything worn or in inv. The tournament will be 1v1s only and will be a complete measure of skill alone, as opposed to tournaments won due to teaming, better gear, piling, etc. Rewards can be anything. If this becomes automated, this should not require an event manager to be more loaded with work. A chat yell message would say something like "Type ;;tournament to register for tournament." "Hybrid Tournament begins in 5 minutes." It then auto-matches randomly players together to 1v1 each other.
7. Make it possible to buy construction supplies in bulk, noted, from the construction npc.
8. Make a yell announcement when a player achieves finishes their achievement diary, accomplishes 1,2,3,4 billion total xp, achieves completionist.
9. Make regular max cape possess the effects of other max capes on Alora, such as cooking cape, range cape.
10. Allow the magic skillcape to give you 5 spellbook swaps daily (like in OSRS), which would allow pkers to Teleblock and swap into ancients right after.
11. Can at least some raids rewards be only achieved through raids itself? Getting prayer scrolls from donor store and raids items from super mystery boxes undervalues the rewards from the highest level of PvM in Alora. It's not good making as much (or even less) money per hour doing Bandos as doing Raids. This discourages people from doing raids and makes it so that there is only one raid team running a raid once every few hours.
12. Add diary achievements (or donor reward) that lets you get noted bones from Dagganoth kings, or wilderness dragons; that lets you get noted bars from metal dragons.
13. Make Veracs Best-in-slot against Venenatis and other wildy bosses, and maybe improve their drop tables accordingly, if necessary.
14. Make slayer helm bonus and slayer exp rewards be granted upon fighting all Inferno monsters during Zuk task and on all fight caves monster during Jad task. This is what is done in OSRS. Otherwise, slayer helmet is almost useless during those minigames.
15. When clicking on "Items Kept on Death," add a chat message that tells you which items you have will be sent to the untradeable store if you die in wildy or out of wildy. This minimizes confusion, especially concerning imbued rings (which you keep upon death outside wildy, but lose inside wildy.
16. Make the "save preset" or "last preset" options work in duel arena.
17. Add a separate "preserve" prayer scroll to the raids rewards, as that prayer costs only like 4k in OSRS to unlock, but costs as much as it does to unlock Rigour in Alora.
18. Make it possible to unnote bones in the pOH using the servant. Before Construction, the bank was right next to the altar. With Construction, banking has become much more tedious and far. This will give an advantage to those who build their own guilded altar, as they would be the only ones capable of utilizing the servant.
19. Make the twisted bow be best-in-slot weapon against other bosses outside of raids, such as Bandos or Sara Boss.
20. Revitalize (or add, not sure if it even works) Castle Wars by giving it random chance rewards, such as random chance at a silver key, or bloody key, or very rare chance at super mystery box to winning team players. This would give rich players a fun thing to do with their wealth, rather than to just stake their banks and quit, and would give poor players another incentive to try to get better gear so they do better in the minigame. (However, this would need some sort of check to prevent players from just making games filled with random alt accounts to farm rewards.

I'm gonna agree with @y0m0pk
An update to Castle Wars, while it may be a nice feature to advertise having, it's more than likely just a waste of coding as I've seen in the majority of RSPs who implement it. It'll be popular for a few days, become extremely monotonous, boring, and eventually dead content.
Being a server that is focused much on PvM, Player v. Player opportunities are very slim as the player base tends to stray away from those activities that don't involve endlessly grinding bosses. It's unlikely the minigame would receive enough participants regularly, outside of weekend events lead by staff.
While I believe we don't need an update to Castle Wars, I also don't want to be the one to No Support something that isn't a terrible idea. Neutral.
As much as I love castle wars, I think it would be a complete waste of time coding it as I have played many server which had it coded and no one played it at all, It would be great for the first couple of days but apart from that people would only play it when events are on.
I don't mind either way what happens on this suggestion :)
Yeah that's the problem, I don't see people continuing to play it unless it has some sort of uniqueness to it, items only available from Castle Wars, maybe not just cosmetics but things that actually benefit.

What measures are in place to prevent player abuse from making numerous accounts to loot bloody key spawns (multiple brand new level 3 accounts)
You should add a MAC + IP reader and a total level requirement of 1500+ to loot the keys. @Omicron (forget the MAC / IP if it's only a singular key spawn, but keep the level requirement. Players will just make level 3 accounts and log them out at each spawn location if you don't.
You should consider having the keys skull the user(s) looting them, and make it so players cannot protect the key on death. It would prevent people from looting the key, suiciding and keeping it, and also prevent protecting a Bandos item, or an arcane by bringing nothing but the key when looting the chest. This way people won't just bring no items and just suicide loot. We'll see a more active and long lasting result w/ pkers in the areas.
Master donor perk could be an instant teleport option to the key's general location as well (possibly 30 seconds after the initial spawn to make it a reasonably fair yet beneficial perk.

This update now skulls users who loot the bloody key chest as well, but they can still logout immediately upon looting the chest. Once a user has looted the chest they should take continual damage (as if they were spamming a hot rock cake) while in the wilderness, this way they remain in combat and the means to escape become critical (they also can't just spam rouge's den castle stairs as they will eventually die to hitsplat damage). You could code the hit-markers to start upon bloody chest looting and have it end once a player is outside of the wilderness. If a player tried to logout inside the wilderness after looting the chest, they will receive a message stating, "You cannot logout until you leave the wilderness!" - It should also be noted that players wouldn't be able to drop the item(s) gained from the chest before they are killed, as they would be in combat. The hit-markers would stack w/ any damage taken from players.
The skull given for looting the chest should be a red bountyhunter skull w/ one key above their head, the skull would signify the person has looted the bloody key chest, and that they cannot protect any items, as their +1 protection prayer is disabled until they leave the wilderness.
Players would no longer be able to loot and immediately logout when pkers/white dots arrive due to the hit-markers keeping them in combat until they reach safety. This would make the interaction much smoother in terms of risk vs reward and players would begin bringing amour and gear to survive.
Another addition would be to have a countdown timer once the chest is clicked in which the user unlocks the chest with their key and has it consumed, and they are able to loot the chest after x amount of time. If the user doesn't loot the chest in x amount of time they lose the unlocked chest and will have to get another key. This would give pkers a chance to get to the area sooner and make the looting process riskier as it would globally announce once a player has unlocked the chest (the player would still be waiting for the chest to be lootable after the global announcement).

Runescape gives players 24 hours on a new ironman account to see who can reach the highest total level and the top ranked players receive irl rewards, and in game rewards as well.
Obviously players can max pretty fast on Alora, so the exp rates could be lowered - and adjusting the time to be less than 24 hours considering that's a lot of time investment for a private server KOTS.
This would take some time to code I'm sure, so it's not a priority. It would be nice to have a skilling competition and @Omicron could add in some cool prizes, maybe even $$$

Hey guys, it's me coming at you with my thoughts on the recent raids fix and my overall server suggestions.
Raids
The boss goes to the crystal too quick, the crystal is too tanky and so is the boss. I've tried the boss with different weapons, including the t bow and I hit way too many 0s.
