God damnit Golova. This shit again?

I don't see how this would be a really useful thing to implement in game, Runecrafting is fast for runes and picking from drops and adding them to the pouch is fast you only have to do 2 clicks I don't support this one

As mentioned, it's a small quality-of-life update. My motivation of it mostly stemming from looting kills in the wilderness. 

 

Has nothing to do with the skill of Runecrafting or the acquisition of runes in general.

 

In addition, we are an OSRS server. So many of the updates that occur there, also occur here. Hence the recent BGS fixes, etc.

According to the 07 Wiki page -

 

"Players can speak to the Magic combat tutor in Lumbridge to toggle an option which allows runes to be placed directly into the rune pouch upon pickup, provided that the rune pouch contains at least one of the specific rune, and that there is space in the stack for runes.

 

Fairly simple suggestion - update our Rune Pouch so that runes you pick up that are already in your pouch, go to your pouch.

 

Would be a QOL update that makes collecting runes from kills or other ways a little faster and easier.

Still doesn't reinforce the idea that this would increase donations though lol.

So how exactly would this increase donations? Because you can see an extended name of your donator status? That doesn't quite make sense to me.

 

The problem I have with this is how much more crowded the chatbox will be when you start to add in the full donation names.

An update to Castle Wars, while it may be a nice feature to advertise having, it's more than likely just a waste of coding as I've seen in the majority of RSPs who implement it. It'll be popular for a few days, become extremely monotonous, boring, and eventually dead content.

 

Being a server that is focused much on PvM, Player v. Player opportunities are very slim as the player base tends to stray away from those activities that don't involve endlessly grinding bosses. It's unlikely the minigame would receive enough participants regularly, outside of weekend events lead by staff.

 

While I believe we don't need an update to Castle Wars, I also don't want to be the one to No Support something that isn't a terrible idea. Neutral.

Ironmen sure are gonna hate you after this.

 

OT: While I agree that money sinks are a nice thing to have, I'm not sure if this is the right way to go about doing it, at least not by applying it to the blowpipe. Curious to see what others thinks though.

I didn't see a story time topic so here it goes:

 

It was a dark and stormy December 5th night, not a soul peeped at gamble... not a single bet to see, so Mr. Savitr sent out to the wilderness with glee. Loaded with his saradomin brews, WH found it time to pay their dues. After getting worked by Savitr's might, the member yelled, "oh poo!", the WH crew sprung to action, with a whip and a snap of that nasty dskim, his prayer was off and the TB went through. 

 

5 minutes! Oh no! But Savitr is only in mystics? Whatever shall he do? "No worries" he says, to south he goes, only a short distance. With several maxed magers lurking about, the odds were low for him as they flubbed their snouts. WIth a whiff and a bang, Savitr crashes through the ruins of zombies and spiders, looking for one of them who wanted to box and hang. Alas, the supplies ran low, the man drew weary... but a breakthrough! He logs, as the WH members yell out, 'oh deary!" 

 

Time goes past, and scouts sit in wait, but Savitr knows that they are just bait. After a while it is time, Savitr logs in, and with the drop of a dime, the team logs on... only to find Savitr boxing, and eventually gone.

 

And that is the story of how I tanked 10+ WH members in max gear, while in mystics.

Nice guide so far - I recommend you add information about the 45-75 minute key spawns and where they spawn in the Wilderness.

Yeah I'm gonna have to agree with a few of the statements and remain adamant to what I said about the Well.

 

I don't think prices should be cut on everything for Classics just because you guys get less money. That's just a component of your guys' economy and ultimately a money sink. In addition, Classic is supposed to be hard and if continue to make cuts, it takes away from that.

 

Just my two cents.

Classic rates fluctuate so much and don't even have a set price and it's determined by the demand of gold, so I think it would be hard to put a flat rate on gold for the well.

Nobody even PKs anyways why do we need PK armors
