Support. Kinda feels a little lack luster having there not be a 4.6b variation of a comp cape.

The more I think on this the more I'm okay with it being more expensive. I do believe it needs to be an item sink as well, but with how absolutely easy well makes every skill in the game; I think it's fair to increase its price. I'll stay neutral on this for now.

Nechs are a super underwhelming task as is currently given there are only 9 and their respawn time is 30 secs. Support, but I do wonder if adding 5 more nechs would make them way too good of a bursting task relative to all the other bursting tasks.

@NEUROFUNK Is this not already possible through the use of the camera plugin? IIRC you can extend the inner and outer zoom levels.

The cape rack method requires an even further zoomed in camera than is currently possible with the camera plugin.
