The current spell time is 2 minutes 58 seconds. You can increase it 5x to 15 minutes by wearing a purging staff when casting the spell.

There has been some discussion on OSRS about changing how the spell works, so it's best to wait to see what they do with it first.

To make it nice and even, the entries have been halved. Each person will get a team from the top 24 countries participating, and a team from the bottom 24 countries participating.

I'm going to go ahead and say no support on this one. If the item is untradeable then it shouldn't be stored in the looting bag. Adding little exceptions here and there isn't my cup of tea.
