First of all, we fully understand your frustration during the past week and appreciate your patience.
To provide a little context, usually when we get pms about lag, it’s usually on the players end, as the majority of the server isn’t lagging at all, so we just let the player know that it’s on their end and to try restart pc and router. After a few days of several messages from a few players, we messaged omicron to look into it, and we were told to wait a little as the issue is on the hosts end, rather than ours, so the best course of action here was to wait to see if the host resolves the issue. Fast forward to today and we can see that many of you are still experiencing the issue, so this problem is top priority for us to solve, which Omicron is doing as we speak.
Regarding the discord mutes, a few players were constantly tagging the staff team on discord, asking us the fix the lag, even after they were told there was nothing the staff team could do and it was passed on to Omicron. All of the mutes were reverted within an hour, and one player was banned from the discord server after harassing a staff member in private messages with racial slurs.
Once again, I’d like to reiterate that we really appreciate your patience, and it should be resolved soon, but can we try and keep things civil going forward.
