Uniques start at wave 4 so you'd have to cap it at <4, and at that point I'd prefer if it was just left as is so everybody is on an equal playing field.

This wasn't tracked before, so there's no way to find out who got 200m exp in skills, same thing with 200m all, but @Mack created a "real" 200m all list for all the game modes based on when they were achieved, but I assume due to technical reasons it can't be added. Would be cool to get hiscores working correctly on sailing release though.

I guess it's that time of the year. Last year I posted H's rewind found here, and I thought why not do something like this again, it's nice to look back at in the future. I'll write a few comments on what changed compared to last year as well. Lets dive right in!

Experience

Dropped three ranks because three older accounts than mine managed to hit 200m all this year. If sailing comes out, I will for sure aim for rank 1.

Boss Killcounts

Account Statistics

The most noticeable change would have to be doubling my boss kill count this year, partially thanks to Dagannoth Kings and General Graardor. Grandmaster combat achievements were also acquired, but with the release of some new content I'll have to go and catch up at a later stage. Collection log slots have been my main goal this past year, jumping from 1056 to 1210, with a big thanks to new content releases(and @Ruwk 's collection log ideas in the staff chat).

Bank

Quite a bit of changes, not so much in terms of layout, but more so all the different things I've acquired.

Gear tab is pretty much the same, except the doom drops are included and some stuff got swapped out. I've been wanting to re-organise it, but that will be done at a later stage.

Unique drops and achievements tab welcomed quite a few unique drops. I don't think I'll be organising this tab any time soon not gonna lie. 

I'm quite proud of the rares and cosmetics tab. I managed to finish out the partyhat set, and I've acquired some of the alora cosmetics as well, such as the levitation ring, rainbow ankou, carpet, and so on.

Pets

Quite a few have been acquired this year, but a few rough ones left as well. Not looking forward to hydra, whisperer, leviathan or corp at all. We'll see what happens.

Here to share two goals that I managed to achieve.

Pet General Graardor

As you all know, I've been at this grind for a considerable amount of time now, and it finally happened.

I was mentally prepared to hit 10,000, but I can't tell you what would've happen past that.

The total loot from 7k kills is in the inventory, the rest was sold.

Hueberte & 60/71

Shortly after, I decided to send some Huey, as I have quite a few collection log slots to collect here.

To be rewarded with the Hueberte right off the bat was unexpected to say the least.

This also meant I hit a major milestone, and that is 60 out of 71 pets collected, which I believe is a first on Alora.

On a real though, receiving the Smol Heredit from the Colosseum, and putting the Respected rank idea into fruition would have to be my two favourite memories.

Scrapping the current imbuement scroll and adding this one, would allow items to be uncharged, returning the scroll would be cool. And I'm a big fan of adding it to pest control or another source that isn't as harsh as what we have right now.

Ultimate Ironman is the greatest game mode on Alora obviously, but unfortunately the difficulty is toned down about tenfold due to the release of the reclaim item feature that certain bosses have, such as zulrah and the nightmare.

This feature essentially acts as a bank, but slightly limited, so it has trivialized a lot of content, such as things in the wilderness.

If Hardcore Ultimate Ironman is ever released, it would bring back the game mode to its roots, which is a game mode with only 28 inventory slots, with the addition of 1 life.

Hello everyone,

With the recent release of our sixth Alora Leagues edition, we're really excited to hear everyone's feedback about the mode, what they think about it, and how we can improve your experience. We'd like to hear any feedback you have regarding changes that can be made in any and all ways to improve the League. This includes changes to tasks (e.g. reduce 25 Master clue collection log slots to 15), as well as even adding new tasks that would be a fun challenge for players.

We're also looking to hear your feedback about balancing relics that may be underpowered or overpowered. We've expanded this league to include two new regions (Wilderness & Fremennik), a few relics from the recent Gridmaster game mode, and lastly the new Echo bosses.

We want the experience to be as enjoyable as possible, so if there is any content in these areas that is missing, let us know and we'll implement it given that it can be done within a reasonable time frame.

We hope you're enjoying our sixth Leagues iteration, and we're looking forward to hearing your feedback!

Hello everyone,

We are excited to show you all what we have been cooking for our sixth edition of Leagues. In this dev blog, we will be going over what to expect, both new and old content.

For those unfamiliar with the idea of Leagues, it's quite simple. You make a new account that is locked to the island of Kourend and your goal is to complete as many tasks as you can in 6 weeks. As you complete more and more tasks, you will be given the option to unlock other regions. Achieving certain point milestones allows you to unlock Relics, which are overpowered boosts to your account.

Now lets run through all of this in a little more detail so you can familiarize yourself with what's to come.

Regions

We will be running back the system we had during the last leagues, but with a few changes. By popular demand, we have unlocked an extra region for you to enjoy right off the bat; Karamja along with Kourend. This will give you that little bit of variety at the beginning to spice things up.

We have also expanded the list of regions with two new additions; Fremennik and the Wilderness! This unlocks content such as the Dagannoth kings and its echo variant, Duke Succellus, Vorkath, Corporeal Beast, and a lot more!

It's important to remember that you will have to be very careful when selecting regions, as you can only unlock three other regions on top of Kourend and Karamja.

• Third region unlock:
  • 90 total task completions required.
• Fourth region unlock:
  • 200 total task completions required.
• Fifth region unlock:
  • 400 total task completions required

Unlocking the Morytania region will provide players with a Drakan’s medallion.

Raids Megarare Vouchers

Just like last leagues, when you complete the Theatre of Blood, Chambers of Xeric, or Tombs of Amascut, instead of obtaining the corresponding mega-rare item (Scythe of Vitur, Twisted Bow, Tumeken’s Shadow), you will instead obtain a voucher than you use to claim any of the 3 mega-rare items.

This is great for people that enjoy doing a specific raid but would love to experience a megarare from another raid.

Echo Bosses

Each region has a specific boss that players will be able to take on in a harder echo variant.

Players can do so by killing the normal boss, and obtaining the corresponding echo orb to challenge the echo boss, similar to the Awakener's orb in the main game.

Rewards

• Sol Heredit:
  • Sol heredit (echo) will drop the Sunlit Bracers and the Sunlight Spear:
    • Sunlit bracers:
      • These bracers, when equipped, will double any base healing received from sources such as the amulet of blood fury, blood spells, guthan’s, etc..
      • The effect does not double modifiers, such as the Zuriel’s staff/bloodbark effect on blood spells.
    • Sunlight Spear:
      • This is a powerful spear that can charge up special attack stacks, one for every time the players attacks with it, up to 20 stacks.
      • It has a unique special attack that consumes 7 stacks, attacking all enemies in a 3x3 area with typeless damage.
      • The damage is also boosted by 3% for every prayer bonus the player has.

• Kalphite Queen:
  • Kalphite Queen (echo) will drop the Drygore Blowpipe.
    • Drygore Blowpipe:
      • This is slightly weaker version of the toxic blowpipe, but has no special attack and does not require zulrah’s scales to use.

• Grotesque Guardians:
  • Grotesque Guardians (echo) will drop Gloves of the Damned.
    • Gloves of the Damned:
      • These have the same stats as Barrow’s gloves, but also apply the effect of the Amulet of the Damned.

• Corrupted Hunllef:
  • Corrupted Hunllef (echo) will drop the Crystal Blessing.
    • Crystal Blessing:
      • This blessing provides +5 prayer bonus, and allows all melee weapons to take advantage of the accuracy/damage bonus of crystal armour.

• Hespori:
  • Hespori (echo) will drop a Nature's Reprisal.
    • Nature’s Reprisal:
      • This is a very powerful weapon that can attack with magic/range/melee, similar to salamanders, but more powerful, having an attack range of 7 tiles.

• Dagannoth Kings
  • Dagannoth Kings (echo) will drop the Amulet of the monarchs and the Emperor ring.
    • Amulet of the monarchs
      • A three-in-one amulet, with upgraded stats compared to the rancour, anguish and occult.
    • Emperor ring
      • A three-in-one ring, with upgraded stats compared to the ultor, bellator, magus, venator, suffering, and ring of the gods rings.

• King black Dragon
  • King black Dragon will drop the Thunder khopesh and the Thousand-Dragon ward.
    • Thunder khopesh
      • It has a passive effect that grants standard, successful hits a 20% chance to summon a delayed lightning bolt at the target's location, damaging enemies in a 3x3 area for up to 50% of the player's max hit
    • ​​​​​Thousand-Dragon ward
      • While equipped, the player is immune to a number of status effects and attacks, including poison, venom, dragonfire (except from drakes), icy breath, swamp decay, disease, desert heat, and chill stat-drains

Relics

Relics are powerful buffs which are unlocked with League Points. Relics offer bonuses that boost actions related to gathering, processing, teleportation, and combat. Upon completing the league tutorial, players are presented with the choice of their first relic between three. Additional relics can be unlocked as players reach certain point thresholds and unlock new tiers.

We think the Relics are in a good spot, but we feel like a few tweaks here and there to spice things up would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, we have changed the Tier 4 combat relics. Instead of picking one combat style for the entirety of leagues, you now get to pick them at tiers 2, 4 and 6 in any order which allows you to enjoy combat to its full potential.

We have also decided to include the Corrupted Shark and Corrupted Potion from Gridmaster, which are unlimited consumables.

We are also introducing two more relics to the table; Golden God and Reloaded, which can be found in Tier 4.

And last but not least, we are tweaking the experience and drop rate modifiers just a little bit so you can fly through as much leagues content as possible.
