The 1/9 drop rate for ToB is for the team. So if you're doing trios, your individual drop rate would be 1/27. Agree with your suggestions though.

What is your suggestion?: Make boosters and vote books noteable. Allow the noted version to be "used" on other players

How would this benefit Alora?: Would save people time and effort - QoL

I agree rates should be buffed, I haven't tried the new mechanics yet so can't comment on those. Just buff ToB's unique drop table rate by about 25% like we did with Nex.

 

Reasons:

- I don't think it should take 500+ KC to get a weapon drop (which is the case for a lot of players). After all this is a RSPS and is supposed to be a more fast paced version of the real thing.

- Can't think of any reasons not to - esp. considering what @Real Alan said about the intro of ToB items to the economy via boxes vs via the raid itself.

- ToB is pretty much dead content as the OP said, takes forever to even find a team to raid with.

- Nex/CoX/Gauntlet/ToA all have much better buffs to the unique drop table and aren't as tedious.

 

In terms of making it easier to solo: I can't think of a reason why not. Who cares if it's "supposed to be for teams". The situation is different here because there aren't really any teams left.

Why not add more tasks to each tier and allow players to complete all of them if they wish?

Well in that case, until something like this https://www.alora.io...ll-of-goodwill/ gets introduced, this new well still wont work as an item sink, it'll just be a sink for pvp gear, prayer scrolls, and elder mauls not anything significant like bandos, godswords, armadyl etc.

The intention (without bugs) was to implement something like that for a long list of items. 

The update to 200m value required was intentional, but the fact that you can't donate items is a bug and will be fixed soon.

 

The change was done because there are far too many items in circulation compared to the amount of players the server has, so we need to do something to combat that.
