Since we have no requirements between Elite void and regular void, it's up to the players to see if they wish to put in the extra work to get the Elite void, therefore there isn't really a point in making it upgradeable. In OSRS you need to have a hard diary completed, but seeing as void is a lot faster on Alora, and there are no requirements for elite void, you can just go for elite void right off the bat.

The raids drop rate hold similar to OSRS, but we've made it easier since we want more of these items in-game and have a smaller volume of players. The twisted bow, however, will be the most valuable though because we were selling d-claws and elder mauls in the shop for a period of time, because these items are very useful/fun to pk with.

Hey guys,
I apologize for the delay in updates which were planned for last weekend, there were many different updates in progress and it wouldn't have been wise to push them without tying up all of the loose ends! I figured I'd push one big update rather than two smaller ones, and I've managed to pack in a fair amount of fixes and content into this one :) Among these updates is the long awaited Abyssal sire (including the weapon fixes, of course), as well as some cool new content such as the PvM lectern at home to list who the top PvMers are when its comes to boss killcounts and time records! Aside from this, many bugs were fixed, particularly client-sided bugs which were much needed.
Feb 22 Patch Notes:
NOTE: Imbued rings will now lose their imbue and drop to the ground on death if they are not protected ONLY in the wilderness
[*]Salve amulet (e) added:
[*]New hairstyles added
[*]Ore-coloured Golem pets have been added!
[*]Options include:
[*]Elite void colors darkened
[*]Untradable reclaim items updated to include:
[*]Recent kills list added:
[*]Miscellaneous:
[*]Giant squirrel pet changes:
[*]Staff changes:
[*]PvM/Boss records lectern:
[*]Uber donator changes:
[*]Bond changes:
[*]You will still receive 100 tokens as usual, just not the rank increase past Super donator.
[*]Tick eating fix:
[*]Abyssal sire has been released!
[*]Chamber phases:

As usual, make sure to report any bugs you may find! Enjoy :)
Cheers,
Omicron

Hey guys,
Another quick update to improve the raids experience from what we've seen so far. There has definitely been an improvement since the last update, but a few things still needed to be fixed. Mainly, your points weren't affecting your loot rate from the reward chest enough. We've reworked the mechanics so that your points play into your reward a bit more, as well as adding a few new ways to get points. Additionally, it seems that with small teams it is difficult to get through Olm without pots. For this reason, we've made it so that you can go back into the dungeon from the final skilling room(where it would previously block you) and pick up potions and food off the ground if need be! You'll also find that the dungeon is now "scaled" in terms of enemies' hitpoints, and Olm has been slightly weakened.
We're getting closer and closer to perfecting it, and I feel that we're nearly there! Enjoy :)

Omicron

Hey guys,
I want to thank all of you for reporting all of the raids bugs so quickly! Many of these bugs are game-breaking and needed to be fixed ASAP, which is why I'm pushing this update tonight to address most of them. It seems that most of you are enjoying raids even through the bugs, which is awesome, and I guarantee that it will only get better :)
Deathly rangers/mages will now drop loot under your feet(whoever dealt the last blow)
You will now be able to loot these supplies which should make fighting Olm slightly easier.
Crossing over the tight rope should now be less buggy, and you should not get stuck on it anymore.
Hopefully that fixes all of the major bugs, and if any of these bugs are still present(as I did not have a huge amount of time to test, wanting to get this out quickly) please post a bug report.
Cheers :)

Hello everyone,
I'm extremely happy to announce that raids are now available for everyone! The staff team and I have had a busy few weeks figuring out all of the details to put it all together, and I'm excited to see all of you online and enjoying the new content :) I've stayed up all night to make sure that all of the loose ends are tied, and I have no doubts that we may have missed a few things, so if you find any bugs please be sure to report them, and know that they will get resolved quickly.

Hello everyone,
I apologize for the lack of live server updates recently, nearly all of our attention has been focused on Raids, and we're making great progress! It's going to be an amazing addition to Alora, and I'm sure that it will be an enjoyable experience for every one of you. We're getting so close to the release date, and if all goes as planned, we'd like to have Raids out this weekend! That will make us the first and only private server with Raids(let alone the Olm boss, which we've nearly perfected). In the meantime, I simply wanted to push out a few bug fixes, as well as a fix for the lag which I also apologize for as we had some technical issues.
Some previews of what we've really been working on:
Make sure your schedule is cleared up for this weekend :)
Cheers,
Omicron

@Omicron will raids difficulty scale with amount of players? and olm having more stages with more players in he raid?
this will make them possible to be solo'd as well as not make it super easy for a 20 man team.
I'm currently working on this functionality! Unfortunately, we can't really know how the difficulty scales on OSRS(as in exact combat values for NPCs) but we can create our own system to determine the relative strength of enemies within the dungeon based on the size of the party as well as the average combat level of the party members. For our purposes, most players will be maxed out as it is not hard to reach level 126 on Alora, but we will definitely take the party size into account.
