Hello everyone,

We're back with another update! This time, we're introducing a brand new mini-game: Giant's Foundry! In this Smithing-based mini-game, you'll complete tasks by building different types of swords, earning you not only a worthwhile amount of Smithing experience but also Foundry points to spend on numerous rewards, ranging from a huge sword with an interesting passive effect, a Smith's outfit, the ability to double the number of cannonballs you can smith, and more. Aside from this, we've also added the ability for clan chat members to have a unique icon set in the chat, with over 250 different icons to choose from. Cosmetic mystery boxes have also received a huge revamp, with numerous new items that can only be found within these boxes, including two all-new items with unique movement: the Ring of Levitation and the Magic Carpet. Aside from these, we've implemented a ton of other content updates and QoL, have a look at the full details below:

  • Cosmetic Mystery Box Update:
    • The cosmetic mystery box has had many new cosmetic items added to it!
      • The following items are now available from the box:
        • Ring of Levitation
        • Magic Carpet
        • Attacker/Defender/Collector/Healer icons
        • Cursed Banana
        • Skis
        • Oddskull
        • Gold Coffin

  • Giants Foundry:
    • Players can now participate in the Giants Foundry Minigame!
      • This is a smithing minigame, where players will need to build giant swords for the giant Kovac.
        • To begin this minigame, players can reach the Giant’s foundry by using the teleport wizard teleport in the minigames menu.
          • Once there, speak to kovac to acquire a commission, then click on the mould to set it to the appropriate pieces that best match the description of your sword commission.
            • The higher the score, the more experience/gp you’ll earn, but it will also make the minigame more challenging.
            • After the mould is set, players can put in bars or equipment to add a total of 28 bars to the crucible, which can then be poured into the mould to create the Preform.
              • Players can add any smithable item that requires more than 1 bar to create, but the item will be worth 1 bar less than the amount required to create it initially.
                • For example, a rune plate body, which requires 5 runite bars to smith, will only be worth 4 bars when added to the crucible.
                • Players will create better swords that provide more experience/gp by mixing 2 types of metals to create a hybrid metal.
                  • For example, 14 Runite bars and 14 Adamant bars will provide more experience than simply 28 Runite bars.
            • Once the player collects the preform from the mould, they will need to shape and mould the sword according to the instructions given on the interface.
              • Occasionally, a “sweetspot” will appear, indicating by a yellow border around the interface, which, if the player clicks the proper tool during this period, will give them a large progress bonus.
            • Once the sword is completed, players can hand it over to Kovac to collect their reward.
    • Rewards:
      • After each sword is handed in, players will be awarded foundry points, equivalent to the total end quality of the sword they handed in.
        • Players can use these points to purchase the following items:
          • Various new moulds, which will help earn higher scores
          • Double ammo mould:
            • This provides 8 cannonballs, rather than 4, and does stack with the donator perks for extra cannonballs.
          • Smiths Outfit:
            • This outfit provides a 20% per piece (100% for set) to speed up anvil smithing actions by 1 tick, and increased progress on preforms in the giant’s foundry.
          • Kovac’s Grog:
            • This provides a guaranteed +4 smithing boost.
          • Smithing Catalyst:
            • Each time a catalyst is used, it’ll halve the amount of coal required per bar, and provide 2x experience when smithing.
              • The coal reduction effect does not work in the blast furnace.
          • Ore pack:
            • A consumable pack containing various ores within it.
          • Colossal blade:
            • A two-handed blade requiring 60 attack to wield.
            • The colossal blade has a passive effect that increases the wielder's maximum hit against larger enemies, where the max hit is increased by double the monster's size value, but at most by 10.
  • Lottery Board:
    • Players can now click on the Lottery board just behind the Lottery manager in the Edgeville bank.
      • This board can show players the last 10 Lottery winners, the amount they won, and the number of tickets they purchased for that win.
        • We previously did not track the amount of tickets purchased by winners, so this statistic will not show up for the 10 most recent winners, but it will for all future winners.
      • Players can also right-click the board to see the total amount of lottery tickets they’ve purchased.
  • Teleport Interface Update:
    • Players will now have the option to select their favourite teleports to easily access through the teleport wizard.
      • To do so, players must simply click the star icon on the left side of the teleport.
        • Once done, the star will turn from silver to gold, indicating that it is favourited.
          • To remove it, simply click the star again, and it should turn silver.
      • Players can click the “Favorites” tab at the bottom left of the interface to view all of their favorited teleports, and quickly access them.
        • This is where the donator zone button used to be.
          • The donator zone button has now been moved to the top of the interface, next to the search button.
  • Instances fix:
    • We are fairly certain that we've located the bug that was causing players to be kicked out of instances occasionally. There should now no longer be any collisions between maps.
  • News message revamp:
    • We've updated news messages to include icons, particularly when completing skill achievements, inferno/fight caves related achievements, pvp news announcements and completionist announcements.
  • Clan Rank Icons:
    • Owners of clans can now set custom icons for clan ranks, and individually for players.
      • To do so, clan owners must simply open the clan settings interface, and select the “Icons” option.
    • There are over 250 icons to choose from, which can be used for any rank/player (with the exception of the Moderator icons, which can only be applied to the appropriately ranked players).
      • Individual player icons will take precedence over custom rank icons.
  • Donator perks:
    • Donators will now get a discount when reclaiming their Dwarf multi-cannon from Nulodian:
      • Regular Donators will receive a 50k discount.
      • Super Donators will receive a 100k discount.
      • Extreme Donators will receive a 150k discount.
      • Legendary Donators will receive a 200k discount.
      • Uber Donators will receive a 250k discount.
      • Master Donators will receive a 350k discount.
      • Immortal Donators will receive a 450k discount.
      • Eternal Donators can reclaim the cannon for free.
  • Inferno Changes:
    • Players can now properly attack Tzkal-Zuk from the eastern side.
      • Previously, players would need to move at least 5 tiles away from the east side to reach zuk, even if they were technically in attack range.
    • The welcome screen no longer appears when logging in during a fight caves/inferno run.
    • Tzkal-Zuk and the Ancestral Glyph (shield) are now more synchronized.
      • A general strategy is to use these safe-spot tiles by moving to the next tile after Zuk attacks, which guarantees the player will not be hit by Zuk if timed correctly:
        • On Alora, this would only work sometimes, until the shield and Zuk’s attacks became out of sync.
          • This will no longer happen, and players can use these safe spots throughout the entire fight.
  • Chambers of Xeric Storage Interface:
    • The Chambers of xeric storage interfaces have been updated.
    • The Shared storage interface now has a button at the top to allow players to quickly switch between it and the private storage interface, rather than having to close the storage interface and interact with the unit again.
    • The private storage interface has been changed to match OSRS.
      • This interface now has a deposit-all and withdraw-all option.
      • This interface also has a button to swap between the private and shared storage units.
  • Hellhound Ensouled Heads:
    • Players can now obtain ensouled heads from hellhounds/Cerberus.
      • These ensouled heads can be traded in for 200k each with Nieve.
      • They can also be used at the Dark altar with the Reanimation spell for 1,200 base Prayer experience.
  • Guardians of the Rift changes:
    • The Great Guardian will now wait before closing the guardian portals after he is fully powered up.
      • Players will have ~20 seconds to finish crafting their runes and powering up the guardian, after which point the game will end normally.
    • The Great Guardian's healthbar will no longer show up through the Opponent info plugin.
  • Inventory Preset Changes:
    • Inventory Presets will now be account-specific.
      • This means that players will only see the inventory setups that have been made on that specific account.
  • Teleport Changes:
    • Teleport Tablets:
      • The Watchtower teleport tablet is now functional.
      • Players can now use the alternate options on the Varrock, Camelot, and Watchtower teleport tablets.
        • This includes the “Toggle” option, which allows players to set their preferred default teleport location when left-clicking the tablets.
    • Spellbook:
      • The Varrock, Camelot, and Watchtower teleports can now be configured by right clicking the spells.
        • Doing so will allow players to set their preferred teleport destination between the options for that teleport spell.
  • Creature Creation:
    • Players can now enter the basement in the Tower of Life to create creatures of various kind.
      • Once in the basement area, players can use the various Symbols of life to spawn different varieties of creatures.
        • Players can only spawn one of each creature at a time, and to spawn the creature, players will require the necessary components.
          • Inspecting the Symbol of life will tell the player which 2 components are required.
    • Creatures:
      • Newtroost: Requires 1 eye of newt and 1 feather to create, and drops 4-10 eyes of newt.
        • Completing the Ardougne medium diaries will note the eyes of newt.
      • Unicow: Requires 1 unicorn horn and 1 cowhide to create, and drops 2-4 unicorn horns.
        • Completing the Ardougne medium diaries will note the unicorn horns.
      • Spidine: Requires 1 red spiders’ eggs and 1 raw sardine to create, and drops 3-6 red spiders’ eggs.
        • Completing the Ardougne medium diaries will note the eggs.
      • Swordchick: Requires 1 raw swordfish and 1 raw chicken to create, and drops 10-40 feathers.
      • Frogeel: Requires 1 x Giant frog legs and 1 raw cave eel to create, and drops 5-10 raw cave eels.
        • Completing the Ardougne easy diaries will note the raw cave eels.
  • Sound Changes:
    • The following weapons/spells now have attack sounds:
      • Scythe of vitur
      • Ghrazi Rapier
      • Elder Maul
      • Dinh’s Bulwark
      • Fire surge
      • Earth surge
      • Water surge
      • Wind surge
      • Sanguinesti staff spell
      • Trident spells

      • Dragon Claws
      • Dragon hunter lance
  • Crystal Seed Trade-in:
    • Players can now speak to Pennant, who is near the Crystal tree patch in Prifddinas, to exchange their extra crystal armour, weapon, and tool seeds for a Crystal acorn.
  • Client Changes:
    • Monster Menu Hp Plugin:
      • Players can now access the Monster Menu HP plugin through the plugin hub.
        • This plugin will allow players to see the remaining hitpoints of an enemy when right-clicking them.
    • Players now have access to the Bossing Info plugin through the Plugin-hub.
      • This plugin provides various kill times, statistics, and utilities for bosses.
    • Menu Entry Swapper Changes:
      • Players can now set custom left-click and shift-click actions on their worn equipment.
        • To do so, simply hold shift and right-click an equipped item, and you’ll have the option to select the custom shift/left click option.
      • Players can now more easily set their left/shift click options for inventory items by holding shift and right-clicking the item, rather than needing to right-click the inventory tab.
    • Inventory Tags Changes:
      • Players can now set/remove inventory tags for items by holding shift and right-clicking the item in their inventory.
  • Collection Log Changes:
    • Added Mining Gloves/Superior Mining Gloves/Expert Mining Gloves to the Miscellaneous log.
      • These can all be added manually through “The collector” npc  if obtained prior to this update.

  • Slayer Changes:
    • Task Storing:
      • Players can now store a slayer task for later through the Slayer interface.
        • This can be done for 50 Slayer points, and once a task is stored, players can take it as their main task for free.
          • If a player already has a task when trying to take their stored task, they will not be able to override their current task, but rather prompted to remove their stored task to make room to store their current task.
    • Vampyre Slayer Task:
      • Players can now unlock the ability to obtain Vampyre Slayer tasks from Nieve/Konar.
        • Konar will assign Vampyres in Slepe or Darkmeyer.
        • On this task, players can kill Vyres, Vyrewatch, Vampyres, Vampyre Juvenates, and Vampyre juveniles.
        • Players must unlock this task through the slayer shop for 80 slayer points.
  • Puro Puro Changes:
    • Players can now access a new Puro Puro instance that uses the same spawn mechanics as OSRS.
      • When a player teleports to Puro Puro through the teleport wizard, they will now be prompted with an option to access the OSRS Puro Puro area.
        • This area is similar to the regular one, except for the way that the implings spawn.
          • Regular implings (baby, young, essence, eclectic) have static spawn locations, and will respawn in these locations a few seconds after being caught.
            • This allows players to farm a specific type of impling more consistently.
          • Rare implings (nature, magpie, ninja, dragon, lucky) have 1 spawn in each corner, and once caught, a new random rare impling will respawn within 30-60 seconds.
            • The lower the tier of the impling, the higher the spawn rate of it.
  • Bug Fixes:

      • If you experience this issue again, please let us know.

    • Increased blood shard value to 2 million gp.

    • Players will now use the proper animation/gfx when attaching orbs to battle staves.

    • Added the “Disable left click placeholder button” configuration to the bank plugin.
    • Players can now fish frog spawns and raw cave eels in the Lumbridge swamp caves.

        • Frog spawns will restore 3-6 hitpoints when eaten.
      • Raw cave eels require level 38 fishing, a fishing rod, and bait to catch, providing 80 base fishing experience.
        • These eels can be cooked at level 38 cooking, and will provide 115 base cooking experience.
          • The cave eels will restore 8-12 hitpoints when consumed.
    • Nex will now only chase after her target when she uses her melee attack, or embrace darkness attack.

#433506 Add fastest Wine of zamorak spawn

Posted by Razorbacks on 15 June 2022 - 03:30 AM

What is your suggestion?:

Adding the fastest Wine of Zamorak spawn in Deep Wilderness Dungeon.

Is this in OSRS?:

Yes.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

I don't think so.

How would this benefit Alora?:

This is the fastest method to obtain noted Wines of Zamorak with a respawn time of every 2 or 3 seconds.

It is also another way to increase Wilderness activity.

Hello everyone,

Today's update brings a number of Theatre of Blood changes, with a big thanks to @Mack for compiling a list of the current bugs and inconsistencies with ToB. We've also made plenty of other QoL changes, particularly with interfaces such as adding a search button to the Teleport Wizard's interface, as well as sorting the list alphabetically. We've also updated the House list, using the proper interface and full functionality to view other players' homes. The Wilderness Bounty Hunter interface has also received some love, and is now more similar to the OSRS interface, allowing it to be docked/minimized.

Additionally, any players who had the Barbarian Assault icons (custom donations) will now be able to equip those items in the "jaw slot" which is an invisible slot so that the items do not replace your cape. With this jaw slot functionality, we've also introduced Soul wars red & blue icons, as well as an interface to toggle these items on your character. All 6 "jaw-slot" cosmetic items (4 Barbarian Assault icons, and 2 Soul wars icons) are available in our store. Keep in mind that they are not tradable, and once unlocked they will always be on your account! The added benefit of this is that they will not be lost on death, either.

  • Shop Changes:
    • Custom Icons:
      • We’ve expanded the in-game icons to include more icons and apply the cosmetic effect more conveniently for players.
        • When a player tries to equip one of their icons from now on, it will prompt them with an option to permanently bind the icon to their account, allowing them to show off the cosmetic icon without needing to take up an equipment slot (previously the cape slot would be used for icons).
          • Players can change their icons by speaking to the donation manager.
      • We’ve also added 2 new icon types, being the blue icon and red icon.
        • Players can purchase these new icons, along with the old barbarian assault icons from the shop’s cosmetic section.
    • Icon prices:
      • Attacker icon
      • Defender icon
      • Collector icon
      • Healer icon
        • 575 tokens
      • Red icon
      • Blue icon
        • 1,000 tokens

  • Theatre of Blood Rework:
    • Stat boosts will no longer be removed when entering the Theatre of Blood.
    • A Vyre Orator will now appear at the beginning of the Theatre of blood just before the Maiden barrier.
      • Players can speak to this Vyre to end the raid for the entire team.
    • The Maiden of Sugadinti:
      • The blood spawns will now spawn permanent blood splats in hard mode.
    • Bloat:
      • Players can now attack bloat at any point throughout the fight.
    • Nylocas:
      • Fixed a bug where Nylocas would sometimes spawn into the pillars when the Large variants were killed.
    • Sotetseg:
      • Sotetseg will now attack potentially attack using a relatively inaccurate Melee attack if it’s target is in melee range.
        • Players who protect from melee will have this damage reduced by 50%.
        • The max hit of this attack is 45.
      • Sotetseg will now only attack with it’s mage ball attack, rather than both the range and mage ball.
        • The range ball will be from rebounds, rather than the primary attack.
        • The damage of these 2 attacks has been increased from 45 to 50.
    • Xarpus:
      • Fixed a bug where xarpus would continuously face the same corner in his defensive stage sometimes.
    • Verzik Vitur:
      • Phase 1:
        • Players will now be able to speak to Verzik to start the fight when they enter the phase.
          • The fight will officially begin when players speak to verzik and start the fight, or 2 minutes elapse.
        • Players can now deal damage to Verzik in Phase 1 without the Dawnbringer.
          • Accuracy is reduced, and damage is vastly reduced as well.
            • Range/Magic attacks can do 0-3 damage at most.
            • Melee attacks can do 0-10 damage at most.
        • The dawnbringer special attack now works properly, dealing between 75-150 damage on Verzik in the first phase.
        • Rocks will now fall around the pillar that Verzik attacks in Phase 1 in Hard Mode.
          • These rocks will deal between 5-35 damage, and stun the player for 5 ticks.
      • Phase 2:
        • Verzik will now be unattackable for a slightly longer period when transitioning from phase 1 to phase 2.
        • The exploding crabs in the Theatre of Blood will now do the correct amount of damage.
          • If the player is in any of the occupied tiles (4 tiles that the crab occupies), they’ll take 63 damage.
          • If the player is 1 tile away from the crab (any perimeter tile), they’ll take 26 damage.
          • If the player is 2 tiles away from the crab, they’ll take 8 damage.
          • The damage of the explosion will also be scaled down based on the ratio of the crab’s remaining hit points.
            • For example, if a crab with 50% hp explodes and the player is within 1 tile of it, the player will take 13 damage, rather than 26.
        • Verzik will no longer use the red magic ball attack in phase 2 until she is at 35% hp or less.
        • Verzik now has a Bounce attack that she uses during phase 2.
          • If a player is within 1 tile of her when she is about to attack, she will instead use a bounce attack on that player, dealing between 0-45 damage, and stunning that player for 8 ticks.
            • This guarantees that the player will have to tank a second hit if Verzik decides to use the poison orb attack.
        • Once Verzik has reached 35% hitpoints in this phase, she will begin to alternate attacks between the red magic attack and the range bomb attack.
          • She will also begin by spawning 2 Nylocas Matomenos, who will wander around, and then eventually explode healing Verzik for their remaining hit points.
            • She will spawn these once she reaches 35% or less hitpoints, and then every 8 attacks after that.
  • Client Settings Changes:
    • A new setting has been added to show dead npc’s context menu options.
      • This means that when an npc is dying, their context menu options will now be hidden by default.
        • The setting to re-enable the context options is only available on the runelite client, and is permanently disabled on Vanilla.
    • All of the “Coming soon” and un-used options in the extra settings list have been hidden.
  • Boss Killcount Interface Changes:
    • The Boss/Monster killcount interfaces have now been separated.
      • In the Server statistics tab, players will notice there is now a “View Monster Killcounts” option, and a “View Boss Kills/TImes” option.
      • We’ve given the boss killcounts/killtimes it’s own custom interface that is more aesthetically pleasing, and can also show bow kill times and killcounts at the same time.
        • The Monster killcounts interface will remain the same, due to the larger capacity of the scroll interface, and the search functionality.
      • The Ring of Wealth “Boss Log” option will now work properly.
      • These changes will also be reflected in the Adventure log in a player’s POH.
  • Wilderness Overlay Improvements:
    • We’ve adjusted the wilderness overlay, particularly the bounty hunter overlay, to match OSRS more closely.
      • This new overlay can be minimized or docked to different sides of the screen, and will adjust it’s positioning depending on if the KDR overlay is opened, or if the xp counter is visible.
  • Teleport Wizard Changes:
    • The Teleport Wizard search button has now been made far easier to recognize.
    • The Teleport wizard interface is now sorted alphabetically.
      • This new change may take a bit of getting used to for our veteran/dedicated players, however we think it’ll be a lot easier for new players to quickly and easily find what they’re looking for.
  • Equipment Rebalance Tier Changes:
  • House List Changes:
    • The House list interface has received a huge upgrade, which will now allow players to see all houses opened to the public, along with their features.
      • This new house list will show the following information for any open homes:
        • If the owner has a guilded altar
        • The tier of the owner’s Portal nexus (if they have one)
        • The tier of the owner’s Rejuvenation pool (if they have one)
        • The tier of the owner’s Jewellery box (if they have one)
        • The tier of the owner’s magic Altar (if they have one)
        • If the owner has an armour stand
      • Players will also have an option to directly enter the houses of any user listed on the interface.
    • Home owners who have their house open to the public and are not in build mode will automatically show up on the house list interface if they are in their homes.
      • To remove yourself from this list, you can right click the portal inside of your POH, or click the “add/remove house” button on the house list interface.

      • Added the Dragonstone Gauntlets to the Miscellaneous category.
      • Added the Abyssal Protector to the “All Pets” category.
    • New Categories:
      • Random Events:
        • This category will track all of the possible items that players can obtain from random events specifically on Alora.
          • Any new items obtained will automatically be logged.
            • Players who already have these items will need to take them to The Collector npc to have him log the items.
              • All items in this category can be logged after the fact through The Collector.
      • Skilling Outfits:
        • This category tracks all of the mainstream skilling related outfits obtainable on Alora.
          • This includes the Angler outfit, Carpenter outfit, Farmer’s outfit, Graceful outfit, Lumberjack Outfit, Garments of the Eye, Prospector outfit, Pyromancer outfit, and the Rogue outfit.
            • This log does not include variants, such as coloured graceful/ornamented prospector/angler equipment.
            • All of the items in this log can be registered through The Collector if the player did not already have them in their log previously.
              • Players who had the rogue outfit before these changes will need to bring it to The Collector to have it registered.

    • Nulodion:
      • Nulodian will now hang out just outside of the Edgeville general store, waiting to help any player’s who’ve lost their Dwarf cannons.
        • If a player logs out with a cannon active, or it decays, players will need to go speak to Nulodion to retrieve their cannon.
          • Nulodion will charge a fee, 750k for classic/normal, 500k for ironmen/realism, to reclaim the cannon.
            • Warning: this will only work with 1 cannon at a time, so if a player has 2 cannons, and they lose their second one while Nulodion is holding the first one, it will be permanently gone.
            • Players will be notified that Nulodion is holding a cannon for them upon login, and immediately after the cannon decays.
    • The Dwarf cannons will now decay after 35 minutes if they are not repaired.
      • After 25 minutes, dwarf cannons will not break down, requiring that the operating player repair it.
        • Repairing it will reset the timer, meaning that the cannon won’t break down for another 25 minutes.
      • If the cannon is left broken for 10 minutes, it will then decay and disappear, and players will need to reclaim the cannon from Nulodion.
    • Any cannonballs in the dwarf cannon when it decays, or when the player logs out, will be removed and deleted, so make sure to empty your cannon before you logout with it.

    • Fixed a bug where players would not get a streak bonus for daily tasks after the 7th day.
      • Players will now get 15 bonus points for every day after the 7th that they continue the streak.
    • Fixed a bug where Kingdom of Miscellania items would sometimes drop to the ground, mistaking the player's bank for being full.
    • The "Preview" option will no longer work if the Vote shop is not open.
    • Players should no longer take any damage after teleporting away.
      • There was a bug that would (under rare circumstances) cause a hit to persist after a player teleported out of combat.
    • Players will now properly be placed back in Edgeville if they attempt to logout during an agility obstacle.
      • This does not apply to the Wilderness agility course obstacles.
    • Waterfiends magic attack will now properly trigger auto-retaliate.
    • Chambers of Xeric items (potions, seeds, etc...) can no longer be listed on the Trading Post.
    • Fixed a bug where the lower Revenant cave entrance would take players to a tile where they would get stuck.
    • Fixed a bugged staircase in Ardougne.
    • Fixed a bug where some NPC's (Banshees in the catacombs) would create respawn timers when they moved.
    • Fixed a bug where Revenant maledictus was not attackable by multiple players.
    • Fixed a bug where swapping the use-option using the menu-entry swapper would cause the client to crash.
    • Fixed a bug where fire/infernal cape textures would break when switching GPU/117 HD off if the player had the low detail plugin enabled.

#430927 [12/5/22] Vote Shop Revamp, Gnome Gliders, New RuneLite Plugins & more!

Posted by Omicron on 12 May 2022 - 01:30 PM

7FUfd34.png

Hello everyone,

Today’s update includes some changes that we’ve been meaning to implement for awhile, such as revamping the vote shop with new skin-color unlock tickets, updating our installer to come prepackaged with Java to avoid issues with GPU/HD plug-ins, and updating our RuneLite plugins. We’ve also added some cool new features, like Gnome Glider travel, among all of the other miscellaneous bug fixes and QoL we’ve implemented. In other news, we’re also looking  forward to sharing more information on an upcoming competition soon ;)

  • Alora Installer Changes:
    • We’ve updated the Alora Windows Installer to have a specific 32-bit and 64-bit version of the client that is used players run it.
      • This should resolve any issues that players might experience due to java versions/installations, and allow players to quickly and easily swap between the 64-bit and 32-bit version of java, should they experience any issues.
        • Generally the 64-bit version will run smoother, however it does not work properly on all devices, particularly when it comes to the GPU/117 HD plugins, so anyone experiencing these issues should use the 32-bit version of the client.
  • Plugin Hub Changes:
    • Added the Improved Tile Indicators to the accepted plugin-hub plugins.
    • Players now have access to the Tileman mode plugin through the plugin hub.
    • Mahogany Homes Changes:
      • Players will now be told the total amount of points earned after each Mahogany Homes contract.
      • The Mahogany Homes plugin is now an official client plugin, so players will no longer need to go through the plugin-hub to use it.
        • Along with this, we’ve also fixed a few bugs with the plugin, such as session points not being counted, and tasks remaining counting up rather than down.
      • Players can now use the Crystal Saw and Golden Hammer while in their bank when doing the Mahogany Homes Minigame.
    • The Monkey Metrics plugin can now be accessed through the plugin-hub.
  • Wizard Guild Shop Changes:
    • Wizard Akutha now runs the Wizard Guild rune shop, rather than Wizard Sinina.
      • We’ve also added battlestaves, along with staffs of air/water/earth/fire to the shop stock.
    • Wizard Sinina now sells Wizard robes.
      • The shop includes basic mystic robes, as well as split bark armour.
  • Clan Chat Changes:
    • Player’s on the Clan Owner’s ignore list will now be barred from joining the clan chat.
      • The owner must login and open the clan settings interface for the ignore list to take effect within the clan.
        • Any members currently inside the clan that are on the ignore list will be kicked and barred from re-entry.
        • Any members that were not online, but in the clan will be removed the next time they login.
  • Vote Shop Changes:
    • Blood Runes:
      • Players can now purchase blood runes from the Vote shop, costing 2 vote points per 50 runes.
    • Rainbow skin color ticket:
      • Players can now purchase the rainbow skin color ticket for 6,000 vote points, permanently allowing them to access the skin color.
    • Blue skin color ticket:
      • Players can now purchase the blue skin color ticket for 2,500 vote points, permanently allowing them to access the elysian blue skin color.
    • Purple skin color ticket:
      • Players can now purchase the purple skin color ticket for 2,500 vote points, permanently allowing them to access the skin color.
    • Pink skin color ticket:
      • Players can now purchase the pink skin color ticket for 2,500 vote points, permanently allowing them to access the skin color.
    • Orange skin color ticket:
      • Players can now purchase the orange skin color ticket for 2,500 vote points, permanently allowing them to access the skin color.
    • Divine Green skin color ticket:
      • Players can now purchase the divine green skin color ticket for 2,500 vote points, permanently allowing them to access the skin color.
    • Players who use the ticket to unlock a skin color will then have access to that skin color through the Makeover mage if they ever choose to swap the skin out.
    • There is also a “Preview” option on the skin color tickets in the shop so that players can preview the skin color before purchasing it.
  • Gnome Glider:
    • Players can now use the various gnome gliders around the game to quickly travel between the other glider locations.
      • All of the locations are unlocked by default.
  • Menu Entry Swapper Plugin Changes:
    • Players can now enable the Object and NPC left click customization options through this plugin.
      • This will allow players to set their preferred left-click option on objects and npc’s.
        • To do so, players must hold shift and right-click an object or NPC, then they’ll see options to swap to the left click option.
          • OSRS generally doesn’t allow this to work with thieving related actions, however we’ve decided to allow that on Alora.
  • Guardians of the Rift changes:
    • Fixed a bug where players could stash Guardian essence in their pouches between Guardians of the Rift games.
    • Players who do not meet a minimum combined point threshold after a Guardians of the Rift minigame will be presumed afk and kicked out of the area.
    • Catalytic Points have been reset to 0 for all players due to a bug where players received 100x as many as they should.
      • This allowed players to simply focus on Elemental points.
    • Donators will now obtain bonus points during the minigame.
      • Eternal donators receive 20% more points from any eligible action.
      • Immortal donators receive 15% more points from any eligible action.
      • Master donators receive 10% more points from any eligible action.
      • Uber donators receive 7.5% more points from any eligible action.
      • Legendary/Extreme donators receive 5% more points from any eligible action.
      • Super/Regular donators receive 2.5% more points from any eligible action.
    • Runes crafted in the Guardians of the Rift minigame will now properly count towards the daily tasks.
  • Costume Room Additions:
    • Magic Wardrobe:
      • Players can now store the Trailblazer graceful set in their Magic wardrobe.
    • Armour Case:
      • Players can now store the Shattered cane in their Armour Case.
      • Players can now store the Shattered relics Tier 1/2/3 outfits in their Armour case.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed a bug where players could stand under GWD minions in certain situations to avoid being attacked by them.
    • Fixed a bug where players would sometimes get knocked by the Guardians in the Chambers of Xeric if they were in the scavenger or farming rooms just before the Guardian room.
    • Fixed a bug where thralls would sometimes spawn into the wall in some areas.
    • Fixed a bug where the Camera rotation was not properly being smoothed when using uncapped FPS on the GPU or 117 HD plugin.
      • Players should now notice that if they’re getting higher uncapped FPS, the rotation of their camera will be a lot smoother.
    • Fixed a bug where bonus daily task points were not properly being awarded in certain scenarios.
    • Barrows equipment will now break when being added to a loot key.
    • Fixed a bug where players could not use escape to close some interfaces (Quest scroll selection, construction, etc..).
    • The dragon sword attack speed has been changed from 5 ticks to 4.
    • Fixed a bug where Konar tasks would count as 2 hard tasks for the Daily Task requirement.
    • Fixed a bug where players would get hit by Vespula when she was enraged if they were only 2 tiles away from her (still technically under her) rather than 3 tiles.
      • This means that Vespula will only hit players standing on one of her perimeter tiles when she is enraged.
    • The leaf bladed spear is now a 2H weapon.
    • Getting the Abyssal protector pet will no longer add it to the collection log twice.
    • Fixed a bug where Noranna would sometimes tell you your bank was full when trying to deposit Daeyalt Shards, when it was not.
    • Fixed an issue where the ancient forge was not working properly.
    • Fixed a bug where the new revenant cave exits would put players in the wrong parts of the wilderness.
      • Players should also be aware that there is a separate staircase to exit the revenant caves now, so that players cannot use the revenant entrances to escape as easily.
    • Fixed a bug where the courier would sometimes notify players they didn't have room for the sand/seaweed in their bank when in fact they did.
    • The intricate pouch will now properly be added to the Collection log.
    • Adjusted the dialogue to be more clear when depositing items from the herb sack/gem bag/seed box/bone sack/plank sack into your bank.
    • Added placeholders for clue scroll boxes.
    • Fixed a bug where opening clue geodes would cause the scroll boxes not to stack properly.
    • Fixed a bug where the Inventory presets plugin would save the incorrect spellbook when refreshing.
    • Fixed a bug where players would be pj’d by Revenant Maledictus, and become unable to attack other players nearby.
      • Attacking players will now take priority over combat with Revenant Maledictus, similar to other revenants.
    • Marble gargoyles no longer drop bones on death.
  • Quality of Life:
    • Increased the value of the Occult necklace to more closely match the exchange price.
    • Players who are wearing the Runecrafting skillcape (or any equivalent cape) will be able to enter the Blood Altar without a talisman.
    • New players will now have their scroll wheel zoom unlocked by default.
    • The max/completionist monkey, along with any variants, will now count as god items in the God wars dungeon.
    • Players can now freely morph the dark squirrel into the Giant Squirrel and vice versa.
      • Only players who have used the Dark acorn on the Giant squirrel may do this.
    • The Stepping stone shortcut that allows players to cross the stream to get from Shayzien to Hosidius is now functional.
      • These stones require level 40 Agility to cross.
    • The "Inside" option on the house teleport tablet will now teleport players inside their house.
    • The Gem mine and Duradel teleports on the Karamja gloves 4/3 now work properly.
      • Only super donator+ players may access the gem mine teleport.
    • Added the Lletya Fruit Tree Patch to the Farmer's blessing.
    • Added the appropriate dialogue when trying to dig with the large spade.
    • Added a 2 tick delay before the hitsplat appears when using the crystal bow (including the gauntlet versions).

Hotfixes:
     * Thralls can no longer kill Jewelled crabs, or change their colors.
     * Thralls will no longer trigger gfx/animations on larger NPC’s.
        * This was causing issues at bosses such as Nightmare/Sotetseg.
    * Clue scrolls from Theatre of Blood will now be given as clue boxes.
    * Fixed a bug where the Lil k’klik pet was using Wizard Sedridor’s model
    * Fixed a bug where the Bounty hunter teleport would sometimes say a player was busy at all times.
    * Loot keys are now functional in the Edgeville pvp instance.
    * Players can now chop down and burn blisterwood logs.
        * There is only one blisterwood tree in-game, in Darkmeyer, and this tree cannot be chopped down.
            * The tree requires level 62 Woodcutting to chop, and the logs provide 76 base Woodcutting experience each.
                * Players can burn the logs for at level 62 Firemaking for 96 Firemaking experience.
            * Players cannot obtain birds nests from this tree.
    * Guardians of the Rift Changes:
        * Fixed a bug where the "deposit-runes" and "depost-items" options were swapped on the Deposit Pool.
        * Fixed a bug where the Colossal pouch could not properly be made.
        * Fixed a bug where the Guardian defenders would sometimes get stuck where they spawned.
        * Guardian defenders will now random walk to spread themselves out if they’re not in combat.
        * The total power of the great guardian will now be set once the game begins and no one is allowed to enter anymore.
            * This way it will properly reflect the amount of players in the game when it starts, and scale the power appropriately
        * Slightly decreased the amount of abyssal attackers that spawn every wave, particularly for solo players.
        * The movement/attack processes of the attackers/defenders will now be slightly randomized, so they don’t all move in perfect harmony.
    * Players can now select a 10% Guardians of the Rift point bonus for 45 minutes when selecting bonuses from opening a vote book.
    * Fixed a bug that was causing the rogue outfit success message to appear after every pickpocket that the player received coins on.
    * Fixed a bug where Aubury didn't have his Teleport option on 2007 mode.

Hello everyone,

Guardians of the Rift is now live! Hop into this new Runecrafting mini-game and help to close the rift into the Abyss. In doing so, you'll be rewarded with runes, as well as catalytic and elemental points which can help you obtain a number of new rewards. We've also launched our Easter Sale and added an extension to it, and added a way to obtain this year's Easter event items in-game at home. Wilderness Loot Keys are also now live, giving you the ability to carry much more loot and not have to bank as often, and this ability can be unlocked for 10m GP.

  • Easter Sale:
    • Our Easter Sale is live!
      • Enjoy 25% bonus tokens on all token packages.
      • Enjoy extra total spent on custom donations, earning 1:4.5 rather than the usual 1:4 (every $100 donation is $450 towards rank).
    • Items on Sale:
      • Elite void set - 50 tokens off
      • Ultimate mystery box - 30 tokens off
      • Cosmetic mystery box - 20 tokens off
      • Rainbow ankou set - 500 tokens off
    • The Easter Box is back for a limited time!
      • This item, similar to a Mystery box, can give you any of the following loot:
        • Fully bunny suit (comes together)
        • Full chicken suit (comes together)
        • Easter basket
        • Easter ring
      • Cost: 1000 tokens
      • Ironman/classics can also purchase this item.
  • Easter event items:
    • This year's Easter event items can be claimed from the Easter Bunny at home, just north-east of the bank!
      • Crate ring
        • This ring can transform you into a crate while equipped.
      • Easter hat
    • If lost on death, these items will go to your lost items shop and can be repurchased for 100k each.
  • Guardians of the Rift:
    • Guardians of the rift, the all new Runecrafting minigame, is now here!
    • Players who wish to participate in this minigame can get to the area by either entering the portal in the basement of the Wizard’s tower, or using the teleport in the Minigames tab through the teleport wizard.
      • Once there, up to 80 players can pass the barrier to help The Great Guardian close the rift.
        • Players will have up to 20 minutes to close the rift, however they’ll be quickly overwhelmed by abyssal foes looking to kill The Great Guardian long before that.
        • Once the minigame starts, players will have 2 minutes to prepare before Abyssal attackers begin coming through the rift.
          • To defend agains these attackers, players can put up barriers, or spawn guardians.
            • The barriers can be built using cells of various kinds (weak, medium, strong, overcharged), and using a higher tier cell on a barrier will upgrade it, making it stronger.
              • Using the same, or lower tier cell on a barrier will heal it for a specific amount of health.
              • Players will obtain catalytic and elemental points, the amount being based on the tier of charged cell used.
            • Guardians can also be spawned using cells of various types, and the type of charged cell used will decide what kind of guardian is created (weak, medium, strong, overcharged).
              • Players can have anywhere from 2-10 guardians alive at once.
                • This number is decided by the amount of players, and every player in the minigame will increase the maximum amount by 2 (up to 10 guardians).
              • Players will obtain catalytic and elemental points, the amount being based on the tier of charged cell used.
            • To complete the minigame, players will need to use guardian essence to power-up the great guardian.
              • To obtain Guardian essence, players can either mine the rocks nearby for guardian shards, and then craft them into essence at the nearby crafting table, or take the portal to the huge guardian remains, which give 4-6 Guardian essence when mined.
                • These portals only appear every few minutes, and are only open for 20 seconds.
                • Players will then need to enter an active altar through the glowing guardians surrounded the great guardian, and craft the guardian essence into either elemental, or catalytic stones.
                  • These stones can be used to power up the guardian, providing either catalytic, or elemental points, based on the stones obtained.
                  • Once the guardian reaches 100% power, the minigame is complete.
        • Point system:
          • Throughout the minigame, players will earn catalytic and elemental points.
            • For every 100 of each type of point earned, the player will guarantee themselves 1 point.
              • Any amount leftover will only provide the player a chance to get the extra point.
                • For example, 750 elemental points and 600 catalytic points will provide 6 catalytic points, 7 elemental points, and a 50% chance to get an 8th elemental point.
          • Players can use the points they’ve earned to pull rewards from the Rewards guardian, just outside of the minigame.
        • Rewards:
          • The rewards the rift guardian provides can all be found here:
          • Players can also use the abyssal pearls they obtain from the rewards guardian to purchase the Raiments of the eye pieces, the ring of the elements, the Guardian’s eye, and various talismans from Apprentice Felix.
          • Noteworthy rewards:
            • Raiments of the Eye (see below for details)
            • Ring of the Elements (see below for details)
            • Guardian’s Eye:
              • This can be used on the Rift Guardian pet to morph it into the Greatish Guardian pet.
            • Abyssal Dyes:
              • These dyes can be used to recolour raiments of the eye set pieces.
                • Players can trade these dyes in with Apprentice Felix to change their color.
            • Abyssal Lantern:
            • Abyssal Needle (See colossal pouch details below)
  • Loot Keys:
    • Players can now unlock the ability to obtain loot keys from players that they kill in the Wilderness.
      • To unlock this ability, players can speak to Skully in the Ferox enclave, and pay him 10 million coins.
        • Skully also offers various options to customize the Loot keys, by allowing players to keep food dropping to the ground, and set a value threshold, so that items above a certain threshold drop to the ground, rather than go into the key itself.
      • Loot chests can be found in Edgeville, the mage arena bank, Ferox Enclave, and the Grand exchange.
      • The loot keys will change the appearance of a player's skull to reflect how many keys that player is holding.
      • Players can left click any loot key to check the value that it holds.
      • Obtaining loot keys:
        • Players can obtain another player’s loot key by killing them in the Wilderness.
          • If the player they killed was holding other loot keys, the pker will then obtain those loot keys.
            • Any given player can only hold up to 5 loot keys, so any key after the 5th key is permanently destroyed, along with the loot.
              • For example, killing a player with 5 keys, would destroy one of the keys the player was holding, since this would result in 6 total keys (5 the player was holding, plus their own).
              • Players can only obtain loot keys if they’ve unlocked the ability to do so from Skully.
                • Killing another player who had loot kills will cause them to be destroyed, along with the loot inside, if the pker doesn’t have loot keys enabled.
      • Opening loot keys:
        • Players can bring their loot keys to any loot chest, and interact with it.
          • Doing so will either open the chest if the player only has one key, or prompt the player to select an option for the key they want to use.
            • Once opened, players will have the option to withdraw items to their bank/inventory, or destroy them.
      • Restrictions:
        • Loot keys cannot be protected, and are always lost by the carrier on death, with no exceptions.
          • This includes deaths at areas with death boxes, instances, in PvP, or in PvM.
        • Players cannot drop, bank, or note the keys.
          • The keys must be kept in the player’s inventory until they are opened or destroyed.
        • Destroying/emptying keys will cause all the loot they contain to also be destroyed.
        • If a player’s inventory is full when they kill another player, the loot kill will drop to the ground.
          • If the player lets the key respawn, or logs out before picking it up, the key and the loot within it will be permanently lost.
        • If a player is in the process of dying/died recently after killing an opponent, the loot will be dropped to the ground, rather than obtained as a loot key.
  • Runecrafting Changes:
    • True Blood Altar:
      • Players can now access the True Blood Altar, located in the tunnels underneath of Morytania.
        • Players can enter these tunnels by using the blood altar teleport through the Dark Mage, or entering through the hatch behind the bar in canines.
        • There are various tunnels, as well some shortcuts that players can use to get to the blood altar quicker.
          • These shortcuts require various agility levels, and one of the shortcuts also requires that the player has level 78 or higher Mining.
      • This blood altar counts as a regular blood altar in all regards, except for the Kourend diary requirement to craft blood runes, and the 10% bonus blood runes awarded from the Kourend elite diary.
        • That being said, the blood essence will work here, along with the daily task to craft blood runes, and it will also count as crafting a blood rune for the Sherlock clue scroll step.
      • To enter this altar, players will need to have a blood/catalytic talisman in their inventory, or blood/catalytic tiara equipped.
        • Most of the standard altars are easier to access, and don’t require talismans, however the addition of this altar opens up the potential for a huge influx of blood runes, a main staple for most end-game players, and so we decided to fully implement the system the way it was intended.
    • Colossal Pouch:
      • This is the a new pouch that can be created by using an Abyssal needle to stitch together a small/medium/large/giant pouch.
        • This process requires level 85 Runecrafting and 56 Crafting (no boosting), and will consume the pouches and Abyssal needle in the process.
          • As with all runecrafting pouches on Alora, this pouch will not degrade.
        • This pouch can store up to 40 daeyalt or pure essence.
        • This pouch cannot be used with other smaller runecrafting pouches.
    • The delay when crafting runes at altars has been removed.
      • This means players can now remove essence from their rune pouches instantly without having to wait a short delay after crafting runes.
    • The blood altar teleport through the dark mage will now take players close to the True Blood Altar, instead of to the blood altar in Arceuus.
      • Players wishing to craft blood/soul runes in Arceuus can still access this area easily by using the “dense essence mine” teleport through the teleport wizard.
    • Raiments of the Eye Outfit:
      • This new Runecrafting outfit is a set of robes that grants 10% more runes per piece equipped (60% if all four pieces are worn).
        • The set can be purchased from the Guardians of the Rift reward shop for Abyssal pearls.
        • The set pieces can also be recolored using the Abyssal Dyes (obtained as a rare reward from the Guardians of the Rift minigame).
          • The boots cannot be recolored, but still count as part of the set for the Magic Wardrobe.
        • Players can store all 4 set variants in their Magic Wardrobe.
        • The 60% bonus runes are decided based off of the initial amount of runes that would be created (ignoring any bonuses from achievement diaries, or donator ranks, or Skillcape perks, etc…).
          • For example, if the player were to be crafting double death runes with the Full raiments of the Eye set, and turned 28 pure essence into 56 death runes, they would get 90 (rounding up) death runes.
            • Not all amounts are divisible by 6, so players will get a chance to get 6 extra runes when crafting a final amount that is not divisible by 6.
              • For example, crafting 56 death runes will result in a chance to craft 96 death runes instead of 90 with the full set, since 56 is not divisible by 6.
          • Experience is not granted from these bonus runes.
    • Ring of the Elements:
      • The Ring of the elements is an item that can be purchased from the Guardians of the Rift reward shop, and teleports players near the 4 elemental altars.
        • Players can charge the ring, requiring 1 of each elemental rune and one law rune per charge.
          • The ring holds a maximum of 10,000 charges, and can only be uncharged by using up all of the charges manually.
  • Clue Scroll Changes:
    • All clue scroll drops will now be given/obtained in the form of Scroll boxes.
      • Each scroll box contains 1 clue of the box type, and can be opened to obtain a clue of that type.
        • The usefulness of scroll boxes comes from the fact that they are stackable.
      • Scroll boxes do not technically count as a clue scroll in regards to clue steps.
        • This means that players cannot destroy/empty/drop their scroll boxes to reset a step.
          • This can only be done with the scroll itself.
      • This feature will only apply to Leagues players if the player has the Treasure Seeker relic.
    • These changes do not apply to Master clues, since players cannot hold more than 1 master clue at any given moment.
  • Vorkath Changes:
    • The Vorkath deadly dragon fire attack will now be delayed by an extra tick before it explodes.
      • This projectile of this attack will now more clearly map the time between the explosion and the the position of the projectile.
  • Thieving Changes:
    • Stalls:
      • Players can now thieve Gem stalls around the game normally.
        • Previously, all functional gem stalls in the game would give players crushed gems (like the one in the Edgeville thieving area).
          • The gem stalls that are not in the Edgeville thieving area will now give the same experience/gems that they do in OSRS.
            • The thieving level requirement is also 75 for these stalls, rather than 90.
            • The gem stall in the Edgeville thieving area has not been changed.
      • The Fur/Spice/Silver stalls can now be thieved in the Ardougne market.
        • Fur stall: Requires level 40 Thieving, and provides 35 base Thieving experience.
        • Silver stall: Requires level 50 Thieving, and provides 54 base Thieving experience.
        • Spice stall: Requires level 65 Thieving, and provides 81 base Thieving experience.
      • The Fur/Spice/Silver/Silk/Gem stalls in Prifddinas can now all be thieved.
      • The Rogue set effect has been removed from all stalls.
        • Previously, players would have a small chance (at most 7% by using the full set) to get double loot from stalls using the Rogue equipment.
          • This has been removed due to the changes to the Rogue equipment listed below.
    • Rogue Set Changes:
      • The Rogue set will now work more similarly to OSRS when pickpocketing npc’s, with the exception of GP.
        • Each piece of the rogue set will provide a 20% chance to thieve double loot when pickpocketing an npc and receiving a non-gp item.
          • With the full set equipped, players will have a 100% chance to pickpocket double loot from NPC’s.
          • This applies to all items (including blood shards from Vyre’s), except for the Eternal teleport crystal from thieving elves in Prifddinas.
        • The rogue set will still provide the same (smaller) chance to get double coins from pickpocketing, but since the amount of gp obtained from Thieving is far higher on Alora, we’ve decided it would be far too unbalanced to allow the full set effect.
          • This set effect will fully apply on Tokkul, which can be thieved from Tzhaars in Mor-Ul-Rek.
  • Loot Tracker Changes:
    • The loot tracker now always remembers loot between client sessions, even when not logged in with a RuneLite account. Additionally, the loot is stored per-profile now instead of combined for each profile. This means that separate game profiles, such as main game, leagues, deadman, as well as separate RuneScape accounts loot are all separately tracked. Loot is now saved to up to 1 year from the most recent drop.
      • The old saved loot must be imported into the correct profile manually by typing the ::importloot command.
        • This will need to be done on every account that players want the old loot imported to, otherwise it will start fresh on each account, and remember all loot specifically related to that account in the future.
  • Clan Chat Changes:
    • Owners of Clans can now search for members on their friends list using the Clan Chat Setup interface.
  • Drop Searcher/Monster Drop Tables Searcher Changes:
    • Both of these interfaces will now show an option to cycle through pages of drops/npc’s if possible.
      • The max listings per page for both of these interfaces is 50 items/npc’s, so previously if the results were larger, they would be hidden.
        • Players will now see an option to cycle to the next page when using both of these interfaces, if they have more than 50 results.
  • Revenant Drop Table Changes:
    • Some noted drops have been changed to be un-noted.
      • The drops include:
        • Runite ores
        • Adamant bars
        • Black dragon hide
      • These should only be noted when the amulet of avarice is equipped.
    • Removed the noted shark/manta ray drops from their table, since they now drop blighted supplies instead.
    • Revenant Maledictus will now drop the 3 missing emblems.
      • Ancient Medallion:
        • This emblem can be traded in at the Emblem traded in the revenant cave for 8 million gold.
      • Ancient Effigy:
        • This emblem can be traded in at the Emblem traded in the revenant cave for 12 million gold.
      • Ancient Relic:
        • This emblem can be traded in at the Emblem traded in the revenant cave for 16 million gold.
      • All emblems (including the newly added ones) share the same drop rate on the Revenant Maledictus table.
  • League Hall Changes:
    • Players can now place their Leagues II trophies on their Trophy Pedestals in their Player-owned-houses.
    • Players can now store their Leagues II trophies in the Trophy Case in their Player-owned House.
    • The League Accomplishments scroll will now show the top 25 players by points from the second League.
      • When checking the winners, players will be prompted with a dialogue to select if they want to view the first or second league winners.
    • The League Accomplishments Scroll will now show how many points the owner earned in the second Alora League.
  • Tempoross Changes:
    • The experience rates from launching Harpoonfish and attacking the Tempoross Whirlpool have been increased by ~30%.
    • The amount of basic loot (not including fish) from Tempoross (such as Spirit flakes, planks, steel nails, etc…) has been increased by 30%.
    • The amount of raw fish obtained from Tempoross has been increased from 1.5x the normal amount (on OSRS) to 1.8x.
  • Drop rate changes:
    • Nex:
      • The chance of hitting the rare drop table at Nex has been increased from 1/43 to 1/35.
    • Nightmare:
      • To match the changes made to Nex, we've also applied Alora's 1.23x drop rate modifier to both regular Nightmare and Phosani's Nightmare (before applying MVP/booster/server bonuses):
        • Regular:
          • The chance of hitting the orb table has been increased from 1/600 to 1/487.
          • The chance of hitting the gear table has been increased from 1/120 to 1/97.
        • Phosani:
          • The chance of hitting the orb table has been increased from 1/1,000 to 1/813.
          • The chance of hitting the gear table has been increased from 1/200 to 1/162.
        • Both:
          • The chance of receiving the Parasitic egg has been increased from 1/200 to 1/162.
          • The chance of receiving the Jar of Dreams has been increased from 1/2,000 to 1/1,626.
          • The chance of receiving the Little Nightmare has been changed entirely from 1/4,000:
            • For Phosani, the rate is 1/1,138.
            • For normal Nightmare, the rate varies depending on the team size:
              • 1 Player: 1/650
              • 2 Players: 1/1,300
              • 3 Players: 1/1,951

    • Spinolyp's will now have a chance to inflict poison on successful range hits, and will now drain 1 prayer point on successful mage hits.
      • If a player is using a spectral spirit shield, there’s only a 50% chance that the player will have a prayer point drained.

#428234 Stash units

Posted by J boogs on 10 April 2022 - 08:12 AM

What is your suggestion?:

I am suggesting that you can stash your stash unit items while they are equipped.

Is this in OSRS?:

I'm unsure, did some asking around and couldn't find an answer.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

Don't think so

How would this benefit Alora?:

Allow you to store items without having to un equip them to store them. Would speed up overall clue runs and overall ease. Not sure if this would even be possible but per popular request and my curiosity, here we are.

#427626 Sailing Skill Development Blog

Posted by Omicron on 01 April 2022 - 12:28 PM

xymMtDx.png

Hello everyone,

Today we are proud to announce something we've been working on for the past few months in silence... we present to you an all-new skill that is exclusive to Alora: Sailing! No longer will you have to teleport around to get to places, or walk like a peasant, you'll soon be able to raise your mast and sail across the vast seas of Gielinor! We were able to find some remnants in the cache from when Jagex originally started working on Sailing, and decided to pick up where they left off.

The first step to sailing is to visit a Shipyard and have your very own ship built. There are many types of ships to choose from, varying in size, color and shape. If you're looking for a particular ship that isn't in the Shipyard stock, you can elect to have a custom ship built just for you, although this will cost a pretty penny. If you're willing to supply some of the materials, such as Teak or Mahogany logs, you'll be able to get a discounted rate.

ZWMjAWG.png

It's not always smooth sailing out on the sea though — much to your dismay, you may encounter pirates looking to board your ship and take you and your crewmates for all that you're worth, leaving you shipwrecked and stranded on a nearby island. Or, you may run into a Sea Kraken, which will pose a significant threat to even the most well prepared ships. Those who survive such an event will be awarded with some new equipment only found deep within the crevices of the ocean, as well as a hefty amount of experience in Sailing.

 eZB8kHW.png

Speaking of experience, it wouldn't be much of a skill without a Skillcape to accompany it, would it? The Sailing Skillcape will be available to those who have mastered the seas, as most Sailing experience must be earned by traveling long distances by sea.

We're looking forward to sharing more information in regards to this update at a later date, and we hope you're excited for its release!

Regards,
Alora Staff Team

#426331 [12/3/22] Revenant Maledictus, Wilderness Slayer Cave Revamp, Music Update...

Posted by Omicron on 13 March 2022 - 12:18 AM

IKZ57JT.png

Hello everyone,

Today's update brings many Wilderness changes! First and foremost, Revenant Maledictus has taken a hold of the Revenant cave and has a chance to appear after players kill a revenant. We've also added numerous new monsters to the Wildy slayer cave, and added new tasks for Wilderness Slayer. We've also taken the time to update the music for many new regions of the game, as we haven't updated music very much since Alora originally released back in 2016. Additionally, a few other neat updates have been added, such as the ability to toggle the login screen runes once again, new bone weapons, clan chat QoL to make it easier to rank clan members, and more.

  • Revenant Maledictus:
    • Revenant Maledictus is a Superior Revenant mini-boss that now has a chance to spawn while players kill Revenants in the Wilderness Revenant Cave.
      • As players kill more revenants, the likelihood of Revenant Maledictus spawning increases.
        • After a certain point, Revenant Maledictus will spawn somewhere in the cave, notifying all players of it’s location with a message notification and hint arrow.
        • Revenant Maledictus also has a fail-safe feature that guarantees that it spawns at least every 2 hours.
          • Along with this, Revenant Maledictus cannot spawn more than once every 15 minutes.
      • Once Revenant Maledictus is dead, any players who contributed at least 100 damage to the kill will receive a small blighted supply drop.
        • The player who dealt the most damage will receive 2 rolls on the Revenant dragon drop table, and a guaranteed drop of either an ancient totem or ancient emblem.
          • If this player has the Amulet of Avarice equipped, they will also be provided with the Forinthry Surge buff, which provides a 15% boost to damage and accuracy against all revenants for 30 minutes.
            • This buff is only active while the player is skulled, and will be removed if the player removes the Amulet of Avarice.
            • If a player is killed by another player with this buff, that buff will be passed to the player that killed them, if the killer also had an amulet of avarice equipped.
      • Revenant Maledictus will act as though it is in a multi-combat area, being able to be attacked all players nearby, as well as able to target all players nearby.
        • Players will be able to freely attack Revenant Maledictus if they are already under attack by an npc or player.
  • Wilderness Slayer Cave Changes:
    • 4 new monsters have been added to the wilderness slayer cave:
      • Abyssal Demons
      • Dust Devils
      • Jellies
      • Nechryaels
    • There is also now a wilderness slayer cave drop table that players can hit when killing NPC’s in this area.
      • The table contains blighted supplies and ancient/wilderness teleport tablets.
        • The rate of hitting this table is relatively common, but increases as the npc’s combat level increases.
      • The list of items includes all of the items in the image below, however the rates may vary based on the NPC killed:
    • The Amulet of Avarice will now also note all drops from NPC’s in the Wilderness Slayer Cave.
  • Wilderness Slayer Changes:
    • The following tasks have been added to Krystillia’s possible wilderness slayer tasks:
      • Abyssal demons
      • Nechryaels
      • Dust devils
      • Jellies
      • Hill Giants
      • Bloodvelds
  • Music/Audio Updates:
    • World Music Changes:
      • Added the proper regional music for the following areas:
        • Fossil Island
        • Parts of Zeah:
          • Farming Guild
          • Mount karuulm
          • Mount quidamortem
          • Aerial fishing
          • Soul Altar
          • Kourend Castle
          • The Swamp south of the Farming Guild
          • The Farm south of the Farming Guild
          • Hosidius
          • Arceuus
          • Lovakengj
          • Piscarilius
          • The sand crab dungeon
          • Chasm of Fire
        • Soul Wars
        • Abyssal Sire
        • Bottom half of Mor-ul-rek
        • Pest Control (inside the fighting area)
    • The music and sound effects volume settings will now be remembered on an account-by-account basis.
      • The default value of music and sound effects is set to the middle notches, so players will need to reset their values upon logging in.
    • Added an option to disable the default music (Ground Scape) that players when entering regions with no preset music.
    • We’ve updated the music interface to have all of the new music, so players can now see all of the music they’ve unlocked and select it from the list.
      • We’ve also added the Music Plugin which can allow players to search the music list, and sort the music by locked/unlocked music.
  • Login Screen Plugin Changes:
    • Players can now choose to enable the Fire on the login screen through this plugin.
      • By default, it will be disabled, so players will need to manually toggle this setting for the fire to show.
  • Salve Amulet (e) Changes:
    • Players who have purchased the Salve amulet (e) from the Slayer exchange for 1,200 slayer points can now purchase subsequent amulets for 25 slayer points each.
      • For players who have already purchased/own a salve amulet (e), their price in the slayer shop will remain at 1,200 points until they equip the amulet.
  • Karamja North Coast Changes:
    • Harpie Bug Swarms:
      • The Harpie Bug Swarm spawns have been added to the North coast of Karamja.
        • Players with 33 slayer can now kill these NPC’s, and they will be assigned as a medium slayer task.
          • Players who wish to kill them will need a lit bug lantern to deal any damage.
            • To obtain one, buy the unlit bug lantern from a slayer shop, and use a tinder box on it to light it (this requires 33 Firemaking).
    • Jogre Cave:
      • On the North coast of Karamja, players can now go down the entrance to the Jogre cave.
        • In this cave, players can find Jogres to kill, as well as Fungus covered walls where they can obtain the Rogue’s purse herb.
          • Players can use the clean Rogue’s purse herb on an vial of water to create an unfinished rogue’s purse potion, if they have level 3 Herblore.
            • Players can then use a snake weed on this unfinished potion to create Relicym’s Balm.
              • This process requires level 8 Herblore, and provides 40 base Herblore experience.
              • Relicym’s balm can be consumed to remove the parasite infection when fighting the Nightmare of Ashihama.
  • Nardok’s Bone Weapons:
    • Players can now access the Nardok’s Bone Weapons shop by trading Nardok, in the Dorgesh Kaan Mines.
      • To get here, players will need to trek through the Dorgesh Kaan maze tunnels, accessed through the lumbridge basement.
    • Stock:
      • 20 Bone clubs
      • 20 Bone spears
      • 20 Bone daggers
      • 20 Dorgeshuun crossbows
      • 3,500 bone bolts
      • 150 Bone bolt packs
  • Display Case Changes:
    • Players can now store all of their Boss Display Jars in their player-owned house.
      • Previously, players could only use 1 jar on a display case to display that boss.
      • To do so, simply use any boss jar on any display case in a house that you own, and it will automatically add that jar to your display case and change the display.
        • Players cannot display 2 of the same Jars at once.
          • For example, if a player has multiple display cases in their house, only one of them can be set to display the Jar of swamp, even if the player has duplicates.
      • Players who already have jars in their display cases will automatically have them added to their list of stored jars.
      • Removing a display case object or deleting a room will not destroy all of the stored jars.
        • These jars can be re-obtained/set when the player builds a new display case.
    • Note:
      • Players will not be able to remove a jar from a display case if they have multiple display cases with the same boss in it (this would only be possible before this update).
        • To remove a jar from a display in this case, the player would need to change the duplicate display cases to another display (or empty), or delete the display case/room.
  • Farming Guild Compost Bin:
    • The Big compost bin in the Farming guild is now fully functional.
      • Players can add compostable materials (super/regular) into this bin to make compost/supercompost.
        • Unlike other compost bins, the big compost bin stores up to 30 items, rather than the standard 15.
          • This means it also requires double the amount of Volcanic ash to make ultra compost.
            • It still requires only 1 dose of compost potion to convert from compost to super compost.
  • Clan Chat Changes:
    • Any clan setting changes will now be broadcast to the entire clan.
      • For example, if the owner changes the minimum rank required to speak in the clan chat, it will be broadcast to anyone in the chat.
    • Clan Promotion Permissions:
      • The owner of a clan can now specify which clan ranks are allowed to promote/demote other members.
        • This option is right under the “Who can kick in chat?” Option in the clan setup interface.
          • The ranks who are eligible to promote other players are Corporal or higher.
      • Ranked members can only promote/demote members in the clan that meet the following requirements:
        • The member must be on the owner’s friends list (therefore they are listed as members in the Clan Chat Setup interface).
          • This is similar to how the owner would normally have to rank members.
        • Ranked members can only promote/demote members who have a lesser rank than them.
          • So for example, if there are 2 generals in the chat, neither general can promote/demote the other.
      • The option to change a player’s rank will appear when hovering over a member’s name in the clan chat tab only if that member is a lower rank than you.
  • Chatbox Changes:
    • Chatbox Input Changes:
      • The chatbox input will now allow the “Previous name/clan” options if eligible.
        • Player owned houses:
          • When joining a player’s house, if you have already been in someone’s house since logging in, it will suggest an option in the chatbox to join the last player’s house immediately, rather than requiring that the player type in their name again.
        • Clan chats:
          • After the player has left a clan and joined a new one, it will remember the last clan they were in, so when they leave their current clan, an option will appear to join the last clan they were in right away, without needing to type the clan owner’s name in again.
            • For example, if a player joins the “Alora” clan chat, then leaves to join the “Ironman” clan chat, when they leave the “Ironman” clan chat and try to join a new one, it will have a “Last clan: Alora” option at the top of the input box.
  • Server Statistics Changes:
    • The Playtime indicator has been removed from this menu, since it is already on the Character summary section.
    • Players can now view their Daily Tasks quickly/conveniently through the Quick Actions list.
      • The option to open the Daily Tasks has been placed just below the Daily Rewards option.
      • Players will not be able to access the Daily Tasks shop from this interface, and may only do so by speaking to Mr. Daily.
  • Farming Guild Redwoods:
    • Players can now chop the Redwood tree that they grow in the Farming guild.
      • To begin doing so, the Redwood tree must be fully grown, and the player must first check the health of the tree to obtain the experience.
        • After this, players will have the option to either clear the tree, or chop it.
          • To chop the tree, there are 2 ladders (one on the east side of the tree, and one on the west side) that the player can climb, and they will find 4 choppable areas on the tree.
            • Unlike other trees, since the redwood tree is a player’s grown tree, it’ll only ever become chopped/depleted when that specific player cuts it.
              • This means multiple players can be cutting the same part of the tree, but it will not effect the depletion of it.
    • The redwood trees will continue to regrow like normal trees, so they can be continuously chopped, however players will only be able to check them for experience once per cycle (1 redwood tree seed = 1 experience check).
    • This is the closest redwood tree to a bank/deposit box, so it’s quite beneficial for players to grow and use this tree to woodcut.
  • Tempoross Plugin:
    • Players can now use the Tempoross Plugin on the Runelite client.
      • This plugin provides useful timers/notifications while doing the Tempoross skilling boss.
      • This plugin can also indicate how many reward permits a player has when in the Tempoross/unkah region.
    • Features:
      • Highlight fires:
        • This feature will highlight fires and put timers on them, indicating when they will spread.
      • Highlight double spot:
        • This feature will highlight/notify for double fishing spots, and provide a timer for the duration of the double fishing spot.
      • Wave Timer:
        • This will provide a timer on totems that will let the player know how long they have before the wave collapses.
        • Players will also have options to change the timer color of the totems when they are tethered, or the totems are broken.
      • Fish indicator:
        • This indicator shows how many fish (cooked/uncooked) the player has in their inventory.
      • Damage indicator:
        • This indicator shows how much damage the player can deal to tempoross, given the harpoonfish they have in their inventory.
  • Bolt Enchanting Changes:
    • We’ve updated the Bolt enchanting system to now work similar to OSRS.
      • This new interface will allow players to enchant bolts in a slightly more clear and less click-intensive way.
      • The classic bolt enchanting interface has been removed, now using the newer skilling chatbox interface.
        • The bolts that a player can enchant will appear in the skilling interface, and players can select an amount of bolts to enchant from 1-10.
          • Each enchant will enchant 10 bolts at a time, so a maximum of 100 bolts can be enchanted before the player will need to re-open the prompt.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed a bug where the Herbiboar trails wouldn't show up under rare circumstances.
    • The Daily Tasks Streaks should now be more consistent.
      • Previously, the daily task streaks would sometimes be reset for players who hadn’t missed a day.
        • If issues persist, please notify me or create a bug report, and we’ll investigate the issues right away.
    • The special attacks on the abyssal tentacle (or) and abyssal whip (or) now work properly.
    • The explorers rings 1/2/3 will now cast Low Alchemy rather than High alchemy.
    • Hopefully fixed a bug where the singing bowl in the gauntlet would sometimes craft the wrong item.
    • Fixed a bug where one of the scavid caves would teleport players into a wall.
    • Fixed a bug where the lesser demon and ice giant slayer location descriptions were wrong.
    • Fixed a bug where Jad/Zuk tasks would not give any experience for completing the cave.
    • Getting hit with venom or poison will no longer reset the logout timer.
      • We set this to reset the logout timer a while back, but from testing on OSRS, it seems that venom/poison were not supposed to reset the logout timer.
    • Fixed a bug where players could not deposit Coal into the Blast furnace if they had 28 ores in the furnace.
      • They will now be able to deposit the coal to make those bars after adding the ores.
    • Zarosian mages now count towards the Spiritual mage slayer task.
    • Dark totems and dark totem pieces have been removed from the Pk point shop.
      • The consequences of adding these to the shop was more detrimental/exploitable than we intended, so we’ve decided to remove them.
    • Fixed a bugged ladder in burgh de rott
    • Fixed a bug where the cannon ornament kit pieces would revert to the normal cannon if it was sent to the player's bank.
    • Activating Blood essence while having a full inventory will no longer delete the blood essence, but will drop it on the floor if you have no more room.
    • Snakeskin equipment now requires 30 ranged to equip.
    • Fixed a bug where some Brawlers could not be attacked in Pest Control.
    • Blighted sack spells will now properly be highlighted in the spellbook when in the Edgeville PvP instance dangerous area.
    • Players can no longer use the special attack orb in the EdgePvP area.
    • The spirit shield now requires 55 prayer to equip, rather than 55 ranged.
    • Zombie Trousers are no longer tradeable.
    • The Nihil Shard is now tradeable.
    • Ancient GWD Killcount will now be saved after logging out.
    • Fixed a bug where the "Select your own task" option at Konar was not working properly.
    • Fixed a bug where Nex’s Ice Prison attack would in some rare cases knock players into an object.
    • Fixed a bug where players could get loot from multiple Nex instances at the same time.
    • Nex will now be attackable 2 ticks (1.2 seconds) earlier after saying "Fill my soul with smoke!"
    • During Nex's Blood Sacrifice attack, whatever amount she is healed for will now show up as a purple heal hitmark.
    • After Nex requests for a general to fight for her (Eg. When she says "Fumus, don't fail me!") some hits were still going through.
      • No more damage will go through, whether from a player hit or a thrall, during this phase where Nex should be unattackable.
    • Nex will no longer say "Fumus, don't fail me!" while she is in the middle of the Smoke bullet attack.
    • Fixed a bug where gaining experience in a combat skill for a non-damaging activity (for example gaining magic experience from alching) would ignore the experience drops if a player had "Damage drops" enabled.
    • Fixed a bug where 117 HD would sometimes freeze/stall in certain areas of the game.
      • This was noticeable on Fossil island, and at the Nightmare, for example.
  • Quality of Life:
    • Increased the value of the Zaryte crossbow from 30m to 500m.
    • Players can now click on the login or password text on the login screen to edit them.
    • Restricted game mode accounts can now open vote books with no bonuses.
      • Previously the realism/ironman (all variants) game modes could only open 5 vote books a day, and then they’d be told they could no longer open anymore vote books, so that they could not constantly be taking advantage of the various bonuses provided.
        • We’ve changed this mechanic to allow players to open more than 5 vote books a day, but after the 5th vote book, players will not be eligible for any bonuses, only points.
    • Players can now store the Rangers' tunic in their Treasure Chest.
    • Some of the login components (login button, cancel button, etc...) will now be hidden while connecting to the server.
    • Players can now store the crystal bow, or any Bow of Faerdhinen variant in the Inconspicuous crate in Iorwerth camp.
      • To do so will require at least level 88 Construction.
    • Added the "Bow in Iorwerth Camp" master clue scroll step.
      • Players will require a Crystal bow or Bow of Faerdhinen to do this step.
    • Added a secondary confirmation message for players destroying looting bags outside of the wilderness.
      • This option provides players with an option to destroy the items in their looting bag after they destroy the looting bag itself.
    • The tooltips for bank withdrawing and depositing will now properly reflect the amount the player wants to deposit/withdraw.
      • Previously, the mouse tooltip would always say “Withdraw-1” or “Store 1”, now it will update based on the true amount the player is withdrawing/depositing, including custom values set by the “X” option.
    • Replaced the Cook/Fish 150 manta rays daily task with catch/cook 250 sharks.
      • This was changed due to the fact that Manta rays were inaccessible to non-donators.
    • Players can now pay for the item retrieval service with coins from their bank.
      • This will only happen if the player doesn’t have any coins in their inventory, but has enough in their bank.
    • Updated the leather crafting interface to match the newer interfaces.
      • This applies to all dragon leather, snakeskin, xerician, and yak leather.
    • Augury/Rigour/Preserve prayers will now be blacked out if they are not unlocked.
      • Previously these prayers would always be highlighted as available if the player had the right prayer level, but didn’t have the prayer unlocked.
    • Updated the Decanting interface to match OSRS.
    • Added the ::cw command to teleport to Castle wars.
    • Tablet making will now consider runes from players staves/books, and their rune pouch.
      • Previously it would only accept the exact runes required.
    • Elite void (or) will now properly go to the Reclaimable shop when dying in PvP.
    • Eternal donators can now kill Basilisk Knights without requiring a Mirror Shield or V's shield.
    • Players can now recharge their prayer at Godwars Altars every 10 minutes.
      • This has replaced the old mechanic where players could only use the altar after leaving/re-entering the chamber.

      • Players will have this option when going through their screen markers, there will be a “T” option to toggle the label.
    • Players can now attack White Knights.
    • The Squire will no longer talk about how Christmas is ruined.

      • This will permanently delete the Abyssal whip used to create the Abyssal tentacle in the first place.
    • The Slayer plugin will now properly recognize/identify wilderness tasks.
    • Players can now store uncut jades/red topaz/opals in their gem bag.
    • Made the pirates’ in the Port Sarim jail’s max hit 1 damage rather than 4.
    • Players can now purchase the Soul Bearer from the Slayer Exchange for 250 Slayer points.
      • The soul bearer has also been removed from the Pk point shop.
    • Max capes will now have "Tele to POH" as the top option on right-click, to match Monkey capes and to provide the more useful teleports at the top.
    • The stun timer for crabs has been increased from 45 to 50 ticks.
    • Players can now use the Looting bag in the Edgeville PvP instance.
    • Ashuelot Reis will no longer walk around.
    • Players can now filter the clan chat messages to only show chat.
      • To do so, players can right click the clan chat tab and select “Show chat”, and this will filter all of the broadcast messages out when in the all tab.
        • As always, players who specifically select the clan tab will see all messages, regardless of the filter.
    • Players can now check Dark totems to see when/if they are eligible to summon Skotizo at the Dark Altar in the Wilderness.

[14/2/22] Hotfixes:

  • General fixes:
    • Fixed an issue with bugged ladders in the Gnome stronghold.
    • Fixed an issue with the Farmers blessing teleports only showing numbers.
    • Hitmarkers were previously only able to display a hit of up to 255, but sometimes we need to display higher amounts. We've changed this to allow us to display the correct amount.
      • For example, when Nex heals herself at the start of the Zaros phase, she heals for 500 hitpoints, which was only showing up as 255 previously.
  • Nex changes:
    • Nex's primary attack projectiles have been slowed down slightly to look more smooth.
    • Shadow smash attack animation has been fixed.
    • Cough immunity:
      • After a coughing spell, you will now be immune to catching another cough for 10 seconds.
        • This should prevent players from endlessly coughing, and once you realize that you've stopped coughing you can keep your distance from other players who are coughing.
    • Players can now note and un-note items on Ashuelot Reis.
    • You will no longer be spammed with the "You have run out of Prayer points" message while coughing due to Nex's clouds.
    • Event Managers can now enable Nex bonus loot rate, providing up to a 20% higher chance of loot for all uniques and the Nexling.
    • If Nex uses Blood Siphon more than once, and there are still Blood Reavers alive in the room, they will now heal Nex for their remaining HP before they die and the new reavers are spawned.
      • Nex will display purple heal marks to denote how much she was healed for.
    • Reavers will no longer "overlap" each other when spawning, and will now be spaced out properly.
    • As soon as Nex reaches one of her hitpoints thresholds (eg. 80% hp is when Fumus fights), any extra incoming damage that hasn't hit her yet will be nullified.
    • When Nex is healed (eg. Blood barriage), the heal markers will be displayed at all times.
    • The Ancient Barrier color will now properly update (red when you are inside fighting Nex, otherwise purple).
    • In private instances, previously you would not be able to enter after the Nex fight had begun.
      • This has been changed to allow you to enter mid-fight, the same way you can enter the main room.
    • All Nex rare loot will now be announced (previously some items like the Torva helm would not be).
    • Altar changes:
      • A message to let you know that your HP/run/special energy have been restored has been added if you are wearing a Zaros item while using the altar.
    • Torva items are now tradable.
    • Torva platebody bonuses have been fixed.

Hello everyone,

Nex has descended upon Alora! This mysterious Zarosian general has been long locked away, but the ancient magical protections sealing her away have been weakened, leaving her and bodyguards vulnerable. Dive into the Ancient Prison to explore what powerful new items lie within… if you're brave enough, that is.

This update also brings with it numerous other content & QoL updates, such as the ability to set your Home teleport animation style (Leagues), Group Ironman name change tickets, Rune shop expansion, The PvM Damage drops RuneLite plugin, the Hunter's crossbow and more.

  • Store changes:
    • Group ironman name change ticket:
      • Group ironman name change tickets are now available!
        • Purchasable in the Donation Store for 500 tokens.
        • Change your Ironman group's name without any cooldown. One-time use.
    • Name ticket changes:
      • You can now use a name change ticket to change the cases of the letters in your username.
        • For example, if your name is "Omicron" you can change to "omicron", "OMICRON", "oMiCrOn" etc.
          • Doing this type of name change will not add a "Previous username" tag on other players' friends list or on the forums.
  • Nex: The Fifth General
    • The Zarosian general awaits you in the Ancient Prison! For those of you who are brave enough to enter, you'll have a chance at some of the most powerful equipment in Alora.
    • Getting there:
      • Players can get to the Ancient Prison by teleporting to God wars dungeon and heading south, where they’ll find 2 frozen doors.
        • Players will need to have at least 1 killcount for of every God wars general to enter the Ancient prison.
    • Battle:
      • Nex has five distinct phases, with each phase having its own primary attack along with two unique special attacks.
      • Each time Nex takes 680 damage, she'll become unattackable and you'll be forced to kill one of her bodyguards in the corners of the room.
      • Deaths within the Ancient Prison are not considered safe, but you'll be able to reclaim your items using the chest outside of the prison for 250,000 gold if you lose them.
        • Please note that if you have items waiting for you in the chest and you die again to Nex without reclaiming them, the previous items are wiped permanently.
      • Attacks:
        • All primary attacks can hit through prayer, some phases harder than others, but using the correct protection prayer will still lessen the damage taken.
          • Primary attacks also have their own effect, such as inflicting poison, reducing your prayer points, stats or freezing you in place.
        • Each phase has two unique special attacks, with the final phase also using Soulsplit and the Deflect prayer. Upon death, Nex will use the Wrath prayer.
        • Unlike any other boss, Nex can run to its target, and also uses a different pathing system which allows it to more effectively reach targets and not be safe spotted.
    • Loot:
      • Nex loot is distributed among all players in the room who have done at least 100 damage (damage on generals and blood reavers counts towards this).
        • All players have an equal chance at obtaining unique loot, aside from the MVP having a 10% increased chance at unique loot and a 10% boost to regular loot amounts.
          • The highest-damage player will receive the Big bones drop, denoting they they are the MVP.
      • Uniques:
        • Uniques have a 1/43 chance of dropping, and only one player can receive a unique per fight.
          • Zaryte vambraces:
            • Requiring 80 Defence and 45 Ranged, these offer the best-in-slot offensive bonus for Rangers, and are the only hands-slot item with a Ranged Strength bonus.
          • Zaryte crossbow:
            • The Nihil horn can be attached to the Armadyl crossbow to upgrade it to a Zaryte crossbow, which requires 80 Ranged to equip.
            • This is a ranged weapon, requiring level 80 Ranged to wield.
              • It is the only crossbow that has defensive bonuses.
            • Passive effect: This crossbow has a passive effect that strengthens the effects of enchanted bolts by 10%.
              • For example, a ruby bolt effect normally deals 20% an enemy’s health, up to 100 damage, but with the Zaryte crossbow, the effect is boosted to 22% of an enemy’s health, up to 110 damage.
            • Special attack:
              • The special attack of this crossbow consumes 75% energy, and provides doubled accuracy, and guarantees the special effect of any enchanted bolt used on a successful hit.
          • Ancient Godsword:
            • The Ancient hilt can be used to create the fifth godsword, which has a special attack that doubles your accuracy and inflicts damage with a 10% higher max hit than a normal attack, consuming 50% of your special attack energy.
            • Additionally, the special attack will mark a player for sacrifice (upon a successful hit), giving them 8 ticks (4.8 seconds) to move at least 5 tiles from the attacker, otherwise they take 25 damage and the attacker will also be healed for the same amount.
          • Torva armour:
            • Requiring 80 Defence to equip and consisting of a full helm, plate body, and platelegs, this set offers better offensive and defensive capabilities than the Bandos set, but doesn't have quite the defensive bonus or prayer bonus that the Justiciar set offers.
            • On drop, these pieces of broken and unequippable. You'll need to repair it using components salvaged from the Bandos set.
              • A furnace in the Frozen Prison will let you break down your Bandos gear and get tradable components in return, which will make the Torva equipment equipable.
                • You'll receive 3 components for Bandos chest plate, and 2 for the tassets. Boots cannot be broken down. You need 1 component to repair the Torva Helm, and 2 components for the Chestplate or the Platelegs.
              • To repair the set, you'll also need level 90 Smithing, although breaking down Bandos gear has no skill requirement.
      • Nexling:
        • Nexling has a 1/406 chance of dropping, and is rolled independently from the unique table (doesn't take up a roll).
  • Teleport Wizard Changes:
    • The Smoke Dungeon (Dust devil dungeon in Pollnivneach) has been added to the Dungeons teleport menu.
    • Blast mine has been added to the Minigames teleport menu.
  • Bank Changes:
    • GIM and EIM players will now see an option in the top left corner of their bank/shared banks that will allow them to quickly swap between their personal/shared bank.
      • This can be triggered from the GIM/EIM orbs and shared storage, or a regular bank.
  • Pk Point Shop Changes:
    • Dark Totems have been added to the Realism and regular Pk point shops for 200 PK points each.
    • The realism/regular/ironman PK point shops now sell the following items:
      • Dark Totem Base: 85 PK points
      • Dark Totem Middle: 85 PK points
      • Dark Totem Top: 85 PK points
  • Rune Shop Expansion:
    • All of these shops stock the same runes, which are as follows:
      • 5000 Fire runes
      • 5000 Water runes
      • 5000 Air runes
      • 5000 Mind runes
      • 5000 Body runes
      • 1000 Chaos runes
      • 1000 Death runes
      • 1000 Blood runes
      • 100 Air rune packs
      • 100 Water rune packs
      • 100 Earth rune packs
      • 100 Fire rune packs
      • 80 Mind rune packs
      • 50 Chaos rune packs
    • All rune shops will now restock at a rate of 15 runes per 30 seconds.
      • Previously this was only the case for 4 (Amlodd, Baba Yaga, Thyria’s wares, Wizard guild) rune shops, and it was 12 runes rather than 15.
    • The following rune shops have been added around the game:
      • Battle Runes:
        • This shop is run by the Zamorak Mage in the Wilderness near Edgeville.
      • Betty’s Magic Emporium:
        • This shop is run by Betty, who can be found in the rune shop in Port Sarim.
      • Regatta’s Wares:
        • This shop is run by Regath, who can be found in the General store just south of Thyria in Arceuus.
      • Void Knight Magic Store:
        • This shop is run by a Squire in the Void Knight’s outpost rune shop.
  • PvM Damage Drops:
    • Players now have the option to replace their Combat experience drops with the damage they’ve dealt.
      • To toggle this, players can click on the Settings tab, and click “Extra settings”, and toggle this feature on.
        • This feature is only available on the Runelite client.
    • Rather than showing the skills the player obtained experience in, followed by the amount of experience, this setting will always show an attack icon, followed by the sum of the damage done that tick.
      • For example, if a player uses dragon claws and hits a 5/6/10/20, then it will show that as 41 damage.
    • This feature will not work in the in PvP combat.
  • Compost potions:
    • Players can now make Compost potions using an Harralander potion (unf) and 1 Volcanic ash.
      • To do so requires at least level 22 Herblore, and will provide 60 base Herblore experience.
        • A single dose of a compost potion can either be used on a regular compost bucket to turn it into Supercompost, or a dose can be used on an entire (regular) compost bin to turn it into Supercompost.
  • Abyssal Sire Changes:
    • Players can now stun abyssal sire using shadow spells.
      • The following spells can be used to stun the abyssal sire:
        • Shadow rush: 25% chance to stun Abyssal sire in Phase 1
        • Shadow burst: 50% chance to stun Abyssal sire in Phase 1
        • Shadow blitz: 75% chance to stun Abyssal sire in Phase 1
        • Shadow barrage: 100% chance to stun Abyssal sire Phase 1
      • Players do not need to deal any damage from the shadow spell to have a chance to stun the Abyssal sire, even a splash will provide a chance to do so.
    • The amount of time Abyssal sire is stunned for has been reduced from 33 seconds (55 ticks) to 30 seconds (50 ticks).
    • The slayer helm effects will now apply to respiratory systems and Scion npc, allowing players to get the accuracy/damage bonuses, however killing these will not count towards the abyssal demon/sire task.
  • Hunters’ Crossbow:
    • Players can now purchase and use the Hunters' Crossbow, along with Kebbit bolts/Long kebbit bolts from Leon in Yanille.
      • The crossbow itself is 15,000 coins, and has a stock of 4.
      • The Kebbit bolts cost 700 coins each, with a stock of 1500.
        • These bolts provide +28 ranged strength, and can only be used with the Hunters’ Crossbow.
      • The Long kebbit bolts cost 3,000 coins each, with a stock of 500.
        • These bolts provide +38 ranged strength, and can only be used with the Hunters’ Crossbow.
    • The Hunters’ Crossbow is a crossbow that provides +55 Range attack bonus, and has a base attack speed of 4 ticks (3 ticks on Rapid), making it popular in PvP situations.
  • Home Teleport Animations:
    • Players can now purchase the Twisted and Shattered league home teleport animations from the League rewards shop.
      • These scrolls are 500 League points each, and once activated, the scroll will be permanently lost, and the player will obtain the corresponding (shortened) home teleport animation.
    • Players can choose between their unlocked home teleport animations by right clicking the Home teleport spell, and selecting the “Animation” option, which will prompt them to select a new default teleport animation.
  • Quality of Life:
    • The Interact Highlight plugin will now highlight the object/npc of the option that the player’s cursor is hovered over.
      • For example, if the context menu has options for multiple objects/npcs, such as “Bank banker” and “Bank bank booth”, it will highlight the banker if the player is hovering over the "Bank bankjer
    • Players can now configure the hotkey used to highlight/ignore items in the Ground item plugin configuration.
      • This is set to alt (option on Mac) by default.
    • The NPC render distance has been increased in some specific areas, such as the Nightmare instances, and Nex instances:
      • This means players will be able to see/interact with npc’s at twice the normal distance.
    • All quest teleport/option selection interfaces will now be enumerated by default.
    • Added Blighted drops to the Revenant drop tables.
    • Players can now click on the "rank" button in the server statistics tab, or type the ::perks command to be redirected to the donator perks page.
    • Players can now select the infobox font in the Runelite settings to be small, regular, or bold.
    • Added an option to the Runelite Configurations to allow players to outline text on Infoboxes.
    • Players can now deprioritize hidden items using the Ground Items Plugin.
      • This will allow players to force the “take” option to require a right click rather than left click by default.
    • The DPS counter plugin will now track the Corrupted Hunllef.
    • The Item Identification plugin can now identify enchanted/unenchanted jewellery.
    • Players can now use Coconut shells to make Supercompost.
    • Players will now need to wait a short delay before using a revenant cave entrance/exit again.
    • Players can now uncharge the Toxic Blowpipe to obtain the Toxic Blowpipe (empty) which can be dismantled for 20,000 Zulrah's scales.
    • Players can now dismantle the Serpentine Helm for 20,000 Zulrah’s scales.
    • Players can now trade in the Eternal Teleport Crystal for 150 Crystal shards at Amrod.
    • Leagues II winners have been added to the Tournament cup interface.
    • Chambers of Xeric kill time record will now show up to 5 players' names instead of 3.
    • Group Ironman broadcasts (when kicking a player, or when a new player joins, etc) will now show up in the usual yellow broadcast color as the previous purple color was not easily readable.
  • Fixes:
    • Fixed a pathing bug with one of Runite rocks in the Donator zone.
    • Fixed a bug where thralls could block Dusk's movement.
    • Players will now obtain the proper amount of experience for killing the fight caves/inferno npc's while on Task.
    • Fixed a bug where there would sometimes be dead clicks in the bottom part of the client on Resizable if the chatbox was hidden.
    • Fixed a bug where casting high/low alchemy would reset the players walking/running path.
    • Fixed a bug where the cannon ornament kit would disappear if the player logged out with their cannon active.
    • Fixed the Oddskull item positioning on 2010 mode.
    • The Bracelet of etherum will now reduce incoming Revenant hits by 75%, rather than 100%.
    • Players can now store the Trailblazer harpoons in the Tackle box.
    • The bounty hunter teleport and bones to peaches spells will now properly show up as unlocked if a player has the requirements/has unlocked it.
    • Fixed an issue with the Shattered Relics variety ornament kit causing players to lose their Abyssal Tentacle upon reversion.

Hello everyone,

Alora's 2nd round of Leagues is officially concluded! That brings with it the many new rewards that you've been patiently waiting for, along with a few content updates and bug fixes while we work on finishing the Ancient Prison where you'll soon be able to fight Nex. We've also made a few store changes, including a new Bank expansion scroll that can provide 100 permanent extra bank spaces for players who are running low, and will stack with donator rank / 2FA bank space increases! Lastly, we've applied a few QoL updates and bug fixes, check them out below:

  • League transfers:
    • League points, donator ranks (total spent) and store tokens have all been transferred to the main account that you linked at the start of the league.
  • League Trophies:
    • Players who have participated in the most recent League will be awarded with trophies based on the amount of points they’ve earned.
      • The trophies will be added to the main account that the player listed when creating their league account.
        • The order of the trophies is as follows:
          • Dragon Trophy: 25,000+ points
          • Rune Trophy:  16,000+ points
          • Adamant Trophy: 12,000+ points
          • Mithril Trophy: 8,000+ points
          • Steel Trophy: 4,000+ points
          • Iron Trophy: 1,000+ points
          • Bronze Trophy: 100+ points
  • League Shop Updates:
    • The League shop has been updated with some new items that players can purchase using their league points.
      • The following items have been added:
        • Shattered Banner: 500 League points
        • Shattered Relic Hunter T1 set: 750 League points
        • Shattered Relic Hunter T2 set: 2,000 League points
        • Shattered Relic Hunter T3 set: 4,000 League points
        • Shattered Relic Void Ornament Kit: 400 League points
          • Each kit can be used on 1 void piece to ornament it.
        • Shattered Relic Cannon Ornament Kit: 3,000 League points
          • 1 Kit is required to be used on a full cannon (base, furnace, barrels, stand) to create the ornamented cannon.
        • Shattered Relic weapon kit: 1000 League points
          • Each kit can be used on a Rune crossbow, Abyssal Whip, Abyssal tentacle, or any god book.
        • Shattered Cane: 500 League points
        • Shattered Relic Mystic Ornament Kit: 250 League points
          • Each kit will ornament 1 piece of regular (blue) mystic equipment.
  • Store updates:
    • Purchasing the Tome of Fire from the store will now make it come loaded with 1,000 charges.
      • The text on the store has been updated to reflect this.
    • Bank expansion scroll:
      • Players can now purchase a scroll from the store that can add an extra +100 bank spaces regardless of your donator rank, up to a maximum of 1,100 spaces if you are an Eternal donator.
        • The cost of this scroll is 750 tokens.
        • The scroll can only be used once on an account, and is tradable.
        • It is worth noting that Eternal donators who use this scroll will max out at 1,100 spaces, and will not get the extra 16 slots that enabling 2FA would provide. All other ranks will have the +16 stack with the +100 slots for a total of +116 slots above their rank maximum.
    • Top donators:
      • A list of the top 5 donators this month (past 30 days) will now be shown on the left-hand side.
    • Visual changes:
      • The store has been given a slight facelift, with a few icons added for the different item categories, and some other visual improvements.
  • Forum updates:
    • Players' total level will now be shown on the sidebar when they post on the forums.
      • If you hover over this total level, you can also see a player's total experience.
  • Loot beams style:
    • Loot beams have been updated to match the new OSRS loot beam style.
      • These will be automatically updated for players, but the old style (taken from CoX chest lights) is still available under the "Ground Items" plugin as the "Light" loot beam setting.
  • Boss time records reset:
    • Due to League players having some enhanced combat speeds, we've reset the kill time records for the following bosses/raids that were affected:
      • Chambers of Xeric, Alchemical Hydra, Skotizo and Sarachnis
  • Shortest Path Plugin:
    • The Shortest Path Plugin has been moved from the Plugin hub to the main plugin panel.
      • Players can use to plugin by right clicking on their opened World Map, and setting a target,
        • This plugin will then highlight the shortest path to that point, if possible.
  • Tithe Farm Instances:
    • Players will now automatically be placed into a Tithe farm instance if there are already 2 players in the main Tithe Farm area.
      • The max time players can spend in these instances is 1 hour.
  • Bracelet of Ethereum changes:
    • Players can now uncharge the Bracelet of Ethereum to retrieve their ether from the bracelet.
      • Once uncharged, the bracelet will revert to the uncharged version.
        • Players can dismantle this uncharged version to obtain 250 Revenant ether.
    • The Revenant Ether in a player’s bracelet will now drop to the ground upon death.
      • This means players can now lose this ether when they are killed by another player.
  • Alchemy Spell Changes:
    • Players can now queue up a low/high alchemy spell cast.
      • Previously when players casted an alchemy spell too soon before previously casting another spell then it would just ignore the action.
        • It will now queue the action so that after the appropriate delay it will re-attempt to cast the spell.
    • Alchemy spells will no longer block some actions right after casting the spell.
      • On OSRS players can freely do most actions while aching, so we’ve removed some restrictions to match that.
    • Casting an Alchemy spell will now end combat.
  • Quality of Life:
    • The Ground items plugin now has an option to select the “Modern” type of Lootbeam.
    • The opened herb sack/seed box/gem bag will now go to the reclaimable shop upon death.
    • The runelite hiscore plugin will now properly show the player's total experience when being looked up.
    • Players can now use empty vials on fishing spots in the Gauntlet to fill the vials.
    • Players now have an option to disable the System tray icon through their Runelite Configurations.
    • Players now have an option to set the Notification timeout through their Runelite Configurations.
    • The Tile indicators plugin now allows players to select a fill color, and border width for the destination/hover/current tile.
  • Fixes:
    • Oddskull can now be equipped with proper animations (custom donation item).
    • Fixed a bug where the farmers blessing sometimes wouldn’t properly select the option if the player had previously opened the max monkey selection interface.
    • The warriors guild master clue scroll step will now recognize the Dragon Defender (or) as a dragon defender.
    • Added dark totem top to the Skotizo drop table.
    • Fixed a bug where players could plant regular cactus seeds to complete the "Plant 3 potato cactus plants" achievement in the Kourend achievement diary.
    • Fixed a bug where Nechryarch's would not drop totem pieces when killed in the Catacombs.
    • Players will now have 1 tick of immunity from being stunned after being hit by the dragon spear/zamorakian hasta special attacks.
    • Fixed a typo in the Karamja diary perks that made it seem like all Tzhaar shops had the Karamja glove discount, when it's only the Tzhaar rune shop.
    • Maniacle monkeys no longer count towards the men slayer tasks.
    • Fixed a bug where players could not attack slayer NPC's if they reached the slayer level requirement by boosting their level.
    • Fixed a bug where some max capes were not applying the cooking skill cape perk.
    • Players can now switch to the Arceuus spellbook when using the spellbook swap spell.
    • Fixed a bug where players would require 51/101 ores to be collected from blast mine for the League tasks to be completed.
    • Added placeholders for the Digsite pendants.
    • Revenant Pyrefiends will now drop Bloody keys as intended.
    • Players can no longer set their in-game title to a color that is white (or very close to white).
      • When titles are set to white, it is difficult to see the difference between a player's title and username when you right-click (because usernames are white).
    • Players can no longer place a cannon in the Forthos dungeon.
    • Players can no longer use items on other players while in the Wilderness.
    • Twisted League Players can now be assigned Hill Giants from Konar.
    • Players are now required to have level 29 Agility to use the first rock shortcut to climb mount karuulm, and level 62 Agility to use the second shortcut.
    • Players can now deposit items into their looting bag at the Ferox enclave.
    • Added the shrimp/lobster/shark fishing spots near land's end.
    • Twisted league players will now obtain the Kodai wand from Chambers of Xeric, rather than the Kodai Insignia.
      • Any player who has already received a Kodai insignia will have it turned into a Kodai wand upon login.
    • Fixed a bug where players could sometimes not use an item on a wardrobe in their costume room to store it.
    • Fixed a bug where Broad arrows had 0 ranged strength.
    • Fixed a bug where the Xeric’s Resilience relic would reduce incoming damage in all cases except for when the npc hit their max hit.
    • Fixed a bug where players could not login to their runelite accounts through the client.
    • Fixed a bug where the sand grinding npc, also named, Hosa, would offer the vial smash/arrow collection options, instead of the normal sandstone grinding options.
    • Players can now use weapon poison on dragon spears.
    • Fixed a bug where the giants den in the Catacombs of Kourend was not being recognized as part of Zeah

Hello everyone,

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

slogan_xmas@2x.png

We hope that you are all enjoying and cherishing this time with your families, as well as with your Alora family. We are delighted to be spending another Christmas with you all, and going into our 6th year, we're excited to show you what we have in store for you in 2022. In the meantime, we're releasing the Christmas update this year with some new holiday items as the prize for completing the event, as well as the Lovakengj Blast Mine, and last but not least, a handful of bug fixes and QoL! We also have our 2nd League launching in just a few days on Monday, December 27th! For more information on Leagues and the possible prizes that you can win, have a look at the thread below:
https://www.alora.io...in-game-prizes/

  • Christmas Event:
    • The 2021 Christmas Event is now live! Speak to the Squire in Falador Castle to get started.
    • After completing the event, you'll be rewarded with the following:
      • Festive elf hat
      • Festive elf slippers
      • Snowman ring (morph into 3 different snowmen)
      • Secret santa present (shield-slot cosmetic, choose between 5 different colors)
  • Blast Mine:
    • Players with at least 43 mining can now mine ore at the Blast Mine in Lovakengj.
    • Players will require a tinderbox, pickaxe, and chisel to mine ores here.
      • The process consists of mining a cavity into the hard rock around area, and then placing dynamite within that cavity, lighting it, and collected the blasted ore.
        • Players within 3 tiles of the dynamite when it explodes will take damage from being too close.
          • Once the dynamite explodes, blasted ore will spawn on the ground for the player.
            • This blasted ore will disintegrate within 1 minute of obtaining it, so players must act quick to deposit it into the nearby sack.
        • Dynamite can be obtained in the following ways:
          • Purchased from Thirus Urkar’s Fine Dynamite Store, near the blast mine.
          • Obtained as a reward from the Chambers of Xeric.
          • Players can also make dynamite by adding juniper charcoal, saltpetre, and volcanic sulphur to an empty pot to make a dynamite pot, then adding a ball of wool to make dynamite.
            • Saltpetre can be obtained from the Chambers of Xeric, or by digging the saltpetre deposits near the woodcutting guild.
              • There are 5 areas where a deposit can spawn, and there can only be one saltpetre mound at any given moment.
                • Once a mound is fully dug out, it will spawn in one of the other 4 locations.
                • Players also have a chance to get 2 Saltpetre for each dig, rather than 1, depending on their mining level.
            • Volcanic Sulphur can be mined near the Blast Mine in Lovakengj.
              • Doing so requires level 42 mining, and provides 25 base Mining experience for doing so.
            • Juniper Charcoal can be obtained by chopping down Mature Juniper Trees, and using the logs on the charcoal furnace near the sand crabs in Hosidius.
              • Each juniper log used on the furnace provides 50 Juniper Charcoal.
        • Players will need 1 dynamite for each cavity they wish to blow up.
    • Once players deposit the blasted ore into the sack, they can then collect the refined version from the operator nearby.
      • Players will be able to obtain coal, gold ore, mithril ore, admanatite ore, and runite ore from the blast mine.
        • Players will also be able to obtain ores at 10 mining levels lower than would normally be allowed.
          • For example, players mining at the blast mine will be able to obtain runite ore at level 75 Mining, rather than 85.
        • Coal:
          • 30 base Mining experience, always obtainable.
        • Gold:
          • 60 base Mining experience, always obtainable.
        • Mithril:
          • 110 base Mining experience, obtainable at level 45 Mining.
        • Adamantite:
          • 170 base Mining experience, obtainable at level 60 Mining.
        • Runite:
          • 240 base Mining experience, obtainable at level 75 Mining.
    • Players can find more details/strategies for the Blast mine through the following wiki link:
    • Blast Mine Plugin:
      • We’ve also added the Runelite Blast Mine Plugin that players can use to make the process a bit easier.
  • Quality of Life:
    • Fixed a bug that caused the bracelet of slaughter not to update the charges on the runelite item charges plugin.
    • Dynamite will now be given as a reward from Chambers of Xeric.
    • Saltpetre will now be given as a reward from Chambers of Xeric.
    • The water around the game will now be ice if the snow is toggled on.
    • Players can now charge orbs by using the charge orb spell on the corresponding obelisk.
    • Players can now use the golden hammer and dragon warhammer to smash infernal eels.
    • Players can now use the golden hammer to repair the braziers at Wintertodt.
    • Broad Arrowhead packs and unfinished broad bolt packs can now be purchased from the slayer shop.
      • The prices these items are higher than the individual unfinished bolts/arrow heads to account for the increased convenience/mass quantities they can be purchased in.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • The superheat spell will now check if the player has coal in their coal bag when smelting.
    • Players can now smelt bars at the Lovakite Furnace.
    • Rats will no longer deal more than 0 damage.
    • Candy cane is now tradable.
    • Silly jester outfit is now tradable.
    • Purchasing Rainbow ankou outfit will now work as intended.
    • Fixed a bug where players would get the wrong amount of Bologa’s blessings from the Tithe farm shop if they didn’t have enough points to make the full purchase.
    • Fixed a bug where some Monkey GreeGree transformation animations were incorrect.
    • The 3 new Slayer helmet variants (Vampyric, TzKal, TzTok) will no longer drop the ornament kit on death.
      • This means that it cannot be lost to another player in PvP, but rather would go to the Untradable items shop.
    • Fixed some clue scroll item bonuses:
      • Blue d'hide chaps (t) and (g)
      • Green d'hide chaps (t) and (g)
      • Blue d'hide body (t) and (g)
      • Green d'hide body (t) and (g)

        • Players must be in build mode to plant this tree.
        • Players can have up to 10 Wintumber Trees in their house.
  • Gauntlet Changes:
    • The Crafting menu in the Gauntlet will now be static.
      • This means that it will now show all crafting options, rather than only the ones the player had the materials for.
        • The exception is that it will only show the current best tier of an type of item that the player can make.
          • For example, if the player has a Basic crystal bow, it will show the Attuned crystal bow in the crystal bow slot.
    • Crystal Paddlefish:
      • Players can now create Crystal Paddlefish using the Singing bowl.
        • Players will need a regular cooked paddlefish, and 10 Crystal shards to create a Crystal Paddlefish.
      • This food heals 16 hitpoints, rather than the standard 20, but can be eating as a combo food with regular paddlefish (similar to how Karambwans work).

      • Players can now create an Escape Crystal using the Singing bowl.
        • Players will need 200 crystal shards create this item.
      • Players can activate the escape crystal at any point during the Gauntlet and it will pull them out of the session, and back to the lobby.
  • Salamanders:
    • Players can now equip and use Salamanders/Swamp Lizards for combat.
      • There are 4 types of lizards/salamanders:
        • Swamp Lizard:
          • This lizard requires level 30 Attack, Range, and Magic to wield.
          • Every attack done with this weapon will consume 1 Guam Tar (must be equipped in the ammunition slot).
          • Players can catch Swamp Lizards with net traps at level 29 Hunter.
          • The Swamp Lizard has a chance to inflict poison on the target, starting at 6 damage.

          • Players can catch Black Salamanders with net traps at level 67 Hunter.
      • The salamanders/lizards have 3 attack styles:
        • Melee:
          • This attack style gives melee experience equivalent 4 x damage.
        • Range:
          • This attack style is 1 tick faster than melee/magic (4 ticks, rather than 5), and gives range experience equivalent to 4 x damage.
        • Magic:
          • This attack style gives magic experience equivalent to 2 x damage.
    • The Damage dealt for the Melee style will be calculated similar to other melee weapons, based on the strength level and strength bonus of the player.
    • The Damage dealt for the Range attack style will be calculated similar to other range weapons, based on the range level and ranged strength of the player.
      • The tars give the following ranged strength bonus:
        • Guam Tar: 16 Ranged Strength
        • Marrentill Tar: 22 Ranged Strength
        • Tarromin Tar: 31 Ranged Strength
        • Harralander Tar: 49 Ranged Strength
    • The Damage dealt for the Magic attack style will be calculated using the following formula:
      • MaxDamage = floor(0.5 + MagicLevel*(64 + Bonus)/640
        • The Bonus for each salamander/lizard is as follows:
          • Swamp Lizard: 56
          • Orange Salamander: 59
          • Red Salamander: 77
          • Black Salamander: 92
  • Tar Making:
    • Players can now make Guam/Marrentill/Tarromin/Harralander tar.
      • The process to do so requires using a clean Guam/Marrentill/Tarromin/Harralander herb on at least 15 swamp tar.
        • Players doing this will need to have a pestle and mortar in their inventory to crush the herb into the tar.
        • The Requirements/Experience is as follows:
          • Guam Tar:
            • Requires level 19 Herblore to make, providing 30 base Herblore experience for every herb used.
          • Marrentill tar:
            • Requires level 31 Herblore to make, providing 42.5 base Herblore experience for every herb used.
          • Tarromin tar:
            • Requires level 39 Herblore to make, providing 55 base Herblore experience for every herb used.
          • Harralander tar:
            • Requires level 44 Herblore to make, providing 72.5 base Herblore experience for every herb used.
  • Raid time record reset:
    • All raid time records have been reset, including Chambers of Xeric, Theatre of Blood, and Hard Mode Theatre of Blood.

  • Bake Pie Spell:
    • Players with level 65 Magic or higher can now cast the Bake Pie spell in the Lunar spellbook.
      • This spell requires 1 Astral Rune, 5 Fire Runes, and 4 Water runes for each pie baked, and provides 60 base magic experience, along with the experience the player would get for cooking the pie normally.
        • This spell will automatically bake all of the pies in the players inventory that they have the cooking level for, however one set of the runes required will be consumed for every pie baked.
        • There is no chance of burning a pie when using this spell.
  • Blamish Oil:
    • Players can now make Blamish Oil.
      • This requires level 25 Herblore to do, and provides 80 base Herblore experience for doing so.
        • To make Blamish Oil, players will need a thin snail, and an empty vial or sample bottle.
          • Use a pestle and mortar on the thin snail with the vial/bottle in your inventory, and it will provide Blamish snail slime, which can then be used on an unfinished Harralander potion to create the Blamish oil.
            • Players can obtain thin snails by killing Ochre or Mort Myre blemish snails in Mort Myre swamp.
    • Blamish oil can be used on regular/pearl fishing rods to create the oily variant used to fish infernal eels.
      • Players can use a cleaning cloth on the oily rod to revert it back to the regular fishing rod.
  • Runecrafting Exit Portals:
    • Players can now use the Runecrafting exit portals for the following Altars:
      • Air Altar - Right outside of Falador, near Rimmington.

      • Earth Altar - Between Varrock and the Sawmill
      • Fire Altar - Just outside of the Duel arena
      • Law Altar - Entrana
      • Nature Altar - Karamja Jungle (near hardwood grove)
      • Chaos Altar - Level 9 wilderness, just west of Edgeville
        • Players will be warned before exiting this altar.
  • Clockworks:
    • Players can now make Clockworks at the clockwork bench in their POH, as long as it is the second tier or higher.
      • This will require level 8 Crafting, and 1 steel bar, and provide 15 base crafting experience.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Players can now mine with the Black Pickaxe.
    • Removed the wilderness sword 4/Varrock armour 4/Ardougne Cloak 4 from the reclaimables shop.

      • This will significantly increase their maximum damage.

    • Fixed a bug with the gnome guard attack/defend animations.
    • Players can no longer note the regular archaic emblem.
    • Fixed a bug where the regular Youngllef pet did not have a "Metamorphosis" option for players who had unlocked the corrupted version.
    • Fixed a bug where player's daily login streaks would be incorrectly reset under rare circumstances.
    • The monkey cape variants now have a +2 range strength bonus, similar to the regular max/completionist monkeys.
    • Fixed a bug where pies did not give any cooking experience.
    • Fixed a bug where scrolling on an interface using the mouse wheel would sometimes cause the game to zoom out.
    • Fixed bugged wall textures in the donator zone on 2010 mode 117 HD.
    • Fixed a bug with the double fishing spot graphic on 2010 mode at Tempoross.
    • Fixed a bug where the Armadyl godsword special attack graphic would be bugged when switching from 2010->2007 mode.
    • Removed a custom mechanic that only drained amulet of blood fury charges on successful hits.
      • This was an obscure/confusing mechanic on the blood fury meant to act as a buff for the item when it initially released and had a 10% chance to heal 10% of the hit.
        • Now that this amulet has a 20% chance to heal 30%, it no longer needs this buff.
  • Quality of Life:
    • King Black Dragon will no longer deal damage through melee protection prayer when attacking with his Melee attack.
    • Players will now stop burning Karambwans at level 99 cooking.
    • The wilderness swords 1/2/3/4 can now cut webs while in the player's inventory.
    • Dwarven rock cakes are now untradable, and will go to the reclaimables shop upon death.
    • Added a placeholder for the Corrupted Youngllef pet.
    • Added placeholders for the Sraracha pet variants.
    • Players with 16+ Agility can now use the Yanille tunnel shortcut.
    • Oily Fishing Rods can now be stored in the tackle box.
    • The Prifddinas Allotment has been added to the Farmer's Blessing.
      • Players must still have access to Prifddinas to use this teleport.
    • Elite/group ironman players can now use the rejuvination pools in their partner/group members POH's.
    • The Chaos Elemental Slayer task will no longer be assigned as a boss task by Nieve/Konar.

Hello everyone,

We hope that your holidays are off to a great start! It's that time of the year, and we've got plenty of QoL updates to get the month started right. We've made a huge performance change for the new M1 Chip Mac devices, which will require a separate client download that is now available on the "Play" page. We've also released the League hall for Player-owned houses, a few new functional areas including the Smoke Dungeon, Yanille Agility Dungeon, and Heroes' guild basement, as well as expanding on existing areas such as being able to fish Infernal Eels in Mor-Ul-Rek. Aside from this, we've added many new QoL changes such as the as being able to click players' names to view other offers on the Trading Post, and being able to search on the Teleport Wizard interface. Here's a full list of changes below:

  • Trading Post Changes:
    • Added a "View offers" option on trading post items that show up in the recent/player listings.
      • Players can click this option to view offers available for that specific item, as if they had searched for that item initially.
      • This option has been added over the item text, along with the “View History” option, so if both the “View History” and “View offers” options are present, it will prompt a right click first, so that players are aware there is more than one option.
  • Sotetseg Changes:
    • Sotetseg will now fire the Red ball attack after 15 regular mage/range projectile hits.
      • This has been increased from the 10 on OSRS, since Sotetseg does not currently attack using melee.
    • Fixed a bug where the projectiles would rebound off of players who had died very quickly, making them unable to be protected against.
    • Sotetseg's default projectile attack will now only rebound back to at most 2 players, rather than any nearby player.
      • The rebound attacks will now also always be 1 magic projectile and 1 range projectile.
    • Sotetseg will no longer use his red-ball attack right after players finish the shadow realm maze.
  • Infernal Eel Fishing:
    • Players with level 80 or higher Fishing can now fish Infernal eels in Mor-Ul-Rek.
      • Players who wish to do so must have access to Mor-Ul-Rek, requiring a fire cape to enter.
      • This fishing method requires an oily fishing rod, which can be obtained from the ironman shop or the regular fishing shops.
        • Players can also use their Oily pearl fishing rod they’ve obtained from Aerial fishing.
    • Each Infernal Eel caught will provide 95 fishing experience, and players with 99 fishing should be able to get 350+ eels per hour.
      • This number will increase based on fishing boosts, rada’s blessing, and donator status.
    • This fishing method is similar to Sacred eels, where the fishing spots will not move (as with all fishing spots on Alora), but players will automatically stop fishing after 3 minutes, and will need to click on the spot again to do so.
    • Players can use a hammer on the Infernal eels to smash them, which will provide them with certain items.
      • Onyx Bolt Tips: 1/16 chance to get 1 onyx bolt tip
      • Lava scale shards: 1/12 chance to get 1-5 lava scale shard(s)
      • Tokkul: If players did not receive the onyx bolt tips or lava scale shards, they’ll receive 14-20 tokkul.
  • Yanille Agility Dungeon:
    • The NPC spawns in the Yanille dungeon have been updated to include chaos druids, Salarin the Twisted, more Giant Bats, Skeletons, and Chaos Druid Warriors.
    • Players can now use all the entrances/agility shortcuts within this dungeon properly, given that they have the necessary Agility level to do so.
    • Sinister Chest:
    • There are 2 entrances to this dungeon, however one of them will require that players have a lock pick and 82 thieving to get through (this is the one closest to Yanille bank).
    • A lock pick spawn has been added near the pile of rubble to get to Salarin the twisted.
    • A Knife spawn has been added to the northern section of the dungeon.
  • Impling Changes:
    • Players can now lookup the drop table/rates of items that are obtained from any impling, with the exception of Lucky Implings.
      • To do so, simply open the npc drop searcher, and enter the name of the implying you wish to look up.
      • The Drop Searcher interface will now also display results of items that can be obtained from various implants when players are searching for a specific item.
    • Drop Table Rework:
      • The Eclectic, Earth, Nature, and Magpie implings have had their drop tables reworked to more or less match the OSRS table (with some exceptions).
        • Previously, as you may have noticed, these tables were very different from the ones the wiki listed.
  • Herblore Changes:
    • Players can now create the following potions:
      • Divine Bastion Potion:
        • This potion can be creating by using crystal dust on a 1/2/3/4 dose bastion potion.
          • Players are required to have at least 86 Herblore, and 1 crystal dust per dose of potion being created.
            • This potion will act as a divine range and divine defence potion combined.
      • Divine Battlemage Potion:
        • This potion can be creating by using crystal dust on a 1/2/3/4 dose battlemage potion.
          • Players are required to have at least 86 Herblore, and 1 crystal dust per dose of potion being created.
            • This potion will act as a divine magic and divine defence potion combined.
  • Teleport Wizard Changes:
    • Yellowbox Descriptions:
      • Some Teleports (particularly the dungeon teleport list) will now create a yellow box description when hovering over the teleport for a short period, detailing some important information about that teleport.
        • In the case of Dungeons, it will list all of the monsters that can be found in that dungeon.
    • Search Functionality:
      • Players will now see a search button in the top right corner of the interface, which they can use to search for a specific teleport, or monster.
        • The search box will consistently update the list of results as the player types, and will not only match the teleport location, but also the names of monsters, areas where players can train certain skills, areas where players can obtain certain items, etc…
  • M1 Mac Client:
    • Players can now download a client optimized for M1/M1 Pro/M1 Max apple devices.
      • This client will run a lot smoother/faster than the standard Mac client designed for Intel Macs, so we highly recommend downloading this client if you’re using one of the new Macs.
  • Chambers of Xeric Changes:
    • Olm Changes:
      • The Ground Crystal attack (where crystals grow under all players in the fight, dealing damage to any players who did not move) will not be properly classified as a left-hand attack.
        • This means that it will follow the rules described below from now on, rather than be consistently done on a timer, as it was before.
      • Olm’s left hand now has 4 defined special attacks:
        • Ground Crystals
        • Lightning
        • Portals
        • Healing
        • The order in which these attacks are done are as follows:
          • Olm will try to do 2 “auto-attacks”, which are pretty much all other types of attacks that aren’t the 4 listed above, and after those 2, it will then immediately try to use a special attack.
            • The special attacks will now be done in this specific order:
              • Phases 1/2: Ground Crystals -> Lightning -> Portals
                • This order will repeat for all special attacks in Phase 1/2.
              • Final Phase: Ground Crystals -> Lightning -> Portals -> Healing
                • This order will repeat for all special attacks in the final phase.
      • Olm will no longer be able to clench his left claw if the right claw is disabled.
      • Fixed a bug which would sometimes send the message "The raid has begun!" a few minutes into the raid, resetting everyone's points.
      • The Portal Special Attack will now select a random tile in the room that the player must stand on in Solo raids.
        • Previously, it would simply skip the Portal special attack.
      • Players will now be able to skip a special attack if no player is in Olm’s line of sight when he uses it.
        • This is similar to dodging his basic attacks by running the head.
    • Skeletal Mystics:
      • Adjusted the accuracy on Skeletal mystics so that players should be able to take less damage when using the magic prayer against them.
    • Tekton:
      • Tekton will no longer heal more than his max hitpoints when hammering.
    • Fixed a bug where players would get less potions than they were supposed to as boss drops.
      • This bug applies to Tekton Overloads, Vespula Xeric’s Aids, Vasa Twisted/Xeric’s aids, and Vanguard Xeric’s aids.
  • Clue Scroll Casket Changes:
    • Rather than receiving 2-5 rewards from all clue scroll caskets, they will now give the same amount that they do in OSRS.
      • Elite Clue casket: 4-6 rolls
      • Hard Clue casket: 4-6 rolls
      • Medium Clue casket: 3-5 rolls
      • Easy Clue casket: 2-4 rolls.
    • The Master caskets already gave the proper number of rolls (5-7), so they’ve not been changed.
    • We’ve also made it so that if a player rolls a master clue from a casket, it will count as one of their rewards, whereas it previously did not.
  • Fairy Ring Plugin:
    • Players can now access the Fairy Ring Plugin in the Runelite plugin list.
      • This plugin will create a search button on the Fairy Ring’s travel log, which players can use to filter fairy ring destinations quickly.
  • GPU Plugin Changes:
    • Players will now be able to enable/disable VSync mode.
      • When VSync mode is on, it will try to synchronize the client’s frame rate with the user’s monitor.
    • FPS Target:
      • Players can now set an FPS target they want to GPU plugin to attempt to maintain.
        • This value can be anywhere from 1-360 FPS.
        • Players must have VSync mode turned off, and FPS unlocking turned on for this setting to work.
    • These settings will likely be added to the 117 HD plugin soon, if they’re not already implemented at the time of this update.
  • Slayer Task Blocking Extension:
    • Donators will now have an increased number of slayer tasks that they can block.
      • The default number of tasks a player can block is 5, and this number increases with the following ranks:
        • Super/Extreme donator:
          • 6 blockable tasks
        • Legendary donator:
          • 7 blockable tasks
        • Uber donator:
          • 8 blockable tasks
        • Master donator:
          • 9 blockable tasks
        • Immortal/eternal donator:
          • 10 blockable tasks
            • Eternal donators can select their own tasks, making the need for more blocked task slots unnecessary
    • If a player loses/transfers their donator rank, they will lose any blocked tasks that are larger than the number they’re allowed to have.
      • For example, if a player has 10 blocked tasks, and then transfers their rank, they’ll lose their last 5 blocked tasks.
  • Reclaimables Shop Changes:
    • Players can now select the “Reclaim all lost untradables” option at the bottom of the reclaimable shop interface.

    • A search box will now appear when using the Killcounts interface, which will allow players to search their killcount for a specific set of NPC's that match/partially match the search.
      • Players can either click on the suggested match, or simply press enter to search a partial string.
        • For example, if players type “Kalphite”, and press enter, it will return all npc kill counts that a player has that matches/partially matches with “Kalphite”.
      • After a search, players can press enter on an empty search to view all the killcounts again.
  • Smoke Dungeon:
    • Players can now enter the Smoke Dungeon through the entrance near Pollnivneach, or using the Teleport wizard.
      • This Dungeon features many Dust Devil spawns, Fire giant spawns, Fire Element spawns, and Pyrefiend spawns.
        • The majority of the dungeon is single-combat, except for the Task-only area.
      • The West part of the dungeon is a task-only slayer area, where players will find some Dust devils that they can kill only while on a slayer task.
        • This area is multi-combat, however players cannot setup a cannon here.
  • Heroes’ Guild Basement:
    • Players can now charge their Amulets of glory at the Fountain of Heroes in the Heroes’ guild.

        • League rankings:
          • Players can use this scroll to view the top 25 players in a league (ranked by points).
            • The names shown will be the name of the player’s main account (not their league name) at the time of this update.

            • For example, a player who completed the last league with 22,000 points (rune tier), will not see the dragon trophy in this case.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • The escape key will no longer close the screen fade interface or the house loading interface.

    • Fixed a bug where players could not use the "Last-destination" option on the Spirit Tree & Fairy Ring object in their POH.
    • The Pirate's Hook item is now equippable in the glove slot, rather than the offhand/shield slot.
      • This is to fix an issue where the hook was being drawn over the player’s hand.
    • Fixed a bug where Bank tabs would interrupt private messages when doing skilling activities if the player left the tag open after closing their bank.
    • Potentially fixed a bug where NPC’s would sometimes walk into walls and get stuck there.
      • This is a difficult bug to reproduce, so if you notice this is still happening, please pm me or create a bug report.
    • Fixed a bug where players would be able to logout on the same tick that poison damage was dealt, causing their client to go to the login screen, but their account would still be logged in for another minute.
      • Players will no longer be able to logout on the same tick that poison damage is dealt.
    • Players can no longer use the house teleport spell if they're already in their POH.

    • Fixed a bug where fletching amethyst dart tips would only make 8 tips rather than 10.

      • Players can still toggle snow off by using the command ::snow.
      • Removed snow from dungeons, instances, the Desert area, and Karamja.
    • Penance gloves now reduce 4.5 kg of weight when equipped.
    • The Menu Entry Swapper Plugin now has an option (listed under the “Items” sublist) to add left-click customizations.
      • These customizations can be done similarly to the shift-click ones, where a player can right-click the inventory tab and configure their left-click options on items.
        • For example, players can swap “wear” with “Teleport” as the default left-click option on completionism monkeys.
    • The dwarf cannon will now make the proper noise when firing a cannonball, as well as when it hits an npc.
    • Added the Toxic staff of the dead to the chatbox item search in the trading post, rather than just the uncharged version.
    • Players can now enter the amount of revenant ether they wish to add to their Revenant weapon, rather than it just consuming as many ether as it can from the player's inventory.
    • Lizardman Fangs have been added to the Chambers of Xeric drop table.
    • Removed the "Drag Distance" configuration from the Anti-drag plugin to simplify it.
    • The Collector will now log Twisted Ancestral Color Kits.
    • Players can now make regular Compost using the various compost bins around the game.
    • Players can now drink the Slayers Respite.
      • This is a drink obtained from Eclectic Implings which can boost the player’s slayer level by 2 (one-time boost), but will also decrease the players attack and strength levels by 2 (this effect stacks).
    • Crystal implings will now respawn every 30-60 minutes.
      • Previously, they would not respawn at all after they were caught.
    • The loot tracker will now track Mahogany Homes supply crates.
    • The size of the scrollbar in the teleport/option/data interfaces (the scroll interfaces) will now update dynamically based on the number of entries listed.
      • Previously, this would just be a really long, mostly empty scroll interface if a player scrolled down past the listed options.
    • Adjusted the teleports in the Jewellery box to match OSRS's teleports exactly.
      • There were a few custom Alora teleports that were added when the jewellery box was implemented, however most of these have since had their proper teleport location implemented, and they would cause issues with the “previous option” on the jewellery box.
    • Players will now be able to pick up their hunter traps after relogging.
    • Vesta's spear will no longer count as a spear against corporeal beast for balancing purposes.
      • This means that it will be subject to the 50% damage decrease.

      • Adamant dragon mask
      • Rune dragon mask
      • Staff of the bob the cat
      • Rain bow
    • The Blisterwood Flail is now a tradable item.
    • All Max capes have had their “Features” option on the equipment tab replaced with the “Tele to POH” option.
      • This will not carry over to Max/Completionist Monkeys, since they have already have a “Diary teleports” option.
    • The Tome of Fire and Dragon Axe will now be announced in Yell when players obtain one of these items from Wintertodt.
    • Konar will now assign Dust Devil Dungeon Dust devils and Fire giants.
      • This dungeon is listed as the “Smoke Dungeon” on the world map, however we’ve assigned it as the Dust Devil Dungeon, since the Teleport wizard will list it as such, so players do not confuse it with the Smoke Devil Dungeon.
    • Increased the draw distance through the interface styles plugin from 50 tiles to 90 tiles.
    • The kalphite queen respawn time has been decreased from 43 seconds to 30 seconds.
    • The players current/base experience rates on the quest tab will now show the experience rate of the skill level in the last skill they earned experience in since logging in.
      • This is only important for regular Ironman/regular players, since their experience rates change after level 99.
        • So for example, if a regular player is earning combat experience, the experience rate they will see will reflect the combat experience rate for regular players, until they gain experience in another skill.

      • This item can be used to build the Trailblazer globe in a player’s POH League hall.
        • This item will be returned to the player if they ever decide to remove the globe from their hall.
    • Players can now purchase the Trailblazer Rug in the league shop for 3,000 league points.
      • This item can be used to build the Trailblazer rug in a player’s POH League hall.
        • This item will be returned to the player if they ever decide to remove the rug from their hall.
    • The granite maul will no longer be announced over yell.
    • The Amulet of avarice now provides a 20% boost to accuracy and damage on Revenants.
