Not Shadow: I never played RS3, so I hope OSRS stays Old School.

Lucifers GIM: What is your favorite weekly event that is hosted on Alora and why?

Not Shadow: World Mass, best thing ever since I joined back in 2018, it was the peek event that brings all of us to 1 place and we start to *pew pew* all at once. Gotta love the barrages sounds.

Lucifers GIM: If you could do anything you wanted for 24 hours without any repercussions, what would it be and why?

Not Shadow: I would try to 1+8 scaled TOA, I did 1+2 myself and 1+3 with the help of a friend. I would love to just try that scale on my own without wasting others time.

Lucifers GIM: Describe yourself in one word.

Not Shadow: Shadow.

Lucifers GIM: How haw your time as staff been thus far and is it better or worse than you expected it to be?

Not Shadow: It's going good so far. Enjoying my time and the company of the guys.

No Rugrats: There's a few. But of course the ones where there's GP up for grabs, lol. It's definitely a competitive environment but fun to connect with the community.

Lucifers GIM: If you could do anything you wanted for 24 hours without any repercussions, what would it be and why?

No Rugrats: Honestly speaking, probably be allowed to spend a good amount of money that I DON'T have to invest in my end goal which is to get involved in Real Estate. All the money, no debt - whatever I can accomplish in 24 hours. Accomplishing this would allow me to just live freely and have a passive income with the investments made.

Lucifers GIM: Describe yourself in one word.

No Rugrats: Solitary

Lucifers GIM: How haw your time as staff been thus far and is it better or worse than you expected it to be?

No Rugrats: It's better than I expected, honestly. The impact one can do in the community while helping others that are new or just learning feels great. Being able to be trusted by others to e a go to person was something I looked forward to and hope to build relationships of trust with players that'll keep them wanting to come back to Alora.

This month we have a some good interviews done by GIM SSS. Up first is volley fire.

GIM SSS: If you had to be shipwrecked on a deserted island, but all your human needs-such as food and water-were taken care of, what two items would you want to have with you?

volley fire: A surfboard (I don't know how to surf, but I guess I'd have plenty of time to learn) and a hammock.

GIM SSS: If you had a choice between two superpowers, being invisible or flying, which would you choose and why?

volley fire: Flying. Traffic sucks.

GIM SSS: What is your favorite pet on OSRS and why?

volley fire: Probably Tumeken's Guardian just because to complete the pet you have to be slightly decent at the game for all of the remnants. Everything else is pretty free, just KC.

GIM SSS: If you had to choose between 4.6B maxing a classic or playing one single account until the collection log was completed, which would you choose and why?

volley fire: I'd play 1 account until the collection log is complete. I like to play the game for items, I don't care much for skilling past 99.

GIM SSS: If you had to pick 1 skill on OSRS and remove it from the game to cause the MOST overall damage to the game/economy, which skill would you choose and why?

volley fire: Slayer 100%. It controls most of the PVM content outside of raids.

Logantx00: I'd say all of the Tumeken Guardian pet's morphs, the pet itself is mid.

GIM SSS: If you had to choose between 4.6B maxing a classic or playing one single account until the collection log was completed, which would you choose and why?

Logantx00: Playing one single account until collection log was completed, skilling is boring.

GIM SSS: If you had to pick 1 skill on OSRS and remove it from the game to cause the MOST overall damage to the game/economy, which skill would you choose and why?

Logantx00: Cooking, aside from the obvious reasons being majority of endgame activities need for food, potion prices would end up skyrocketing

GIM SSS: How would you describe a perfect day?

Neuro: Waking up to a rainy day is probably one of my favorite things. Gives off a feeling of relaxation for the day.

GIM SSS: If you could never come back to your current place of residence/home, which country would you move to and why?

Neuro: I'd probably move to Poland. I have family I've never met before who live there.

GIM SSS: Do you prefer appetizers or desserts? Why?

Neuro: Desserts are more my style. I'm a sucker for sweet foods.

GIM SSS: After you finish Runecrafting as your last skill to completionist and first maxed classic account, what are your next plans for the account?

Neuro: Infernal comp cape is next on the list. As for after that, probably farming up boss kc's and c-logs to make the account something I can be even more proud of.

GIM SSS: Of the 3 potential new skills coming to OSRS, which of the 3 interests you the most and why? (Shamanism, Sailing, Taming)

Neuro: Shamanism for sure. It's definitely the most interesting idea among the 3, in my opinion, and something I could see myself grinding out.

6 Iron: My perfect day evolves around going to the gym in the morning, playing a bit of Alora, watching any Kansas State game, playing some golf, and having a drink during the sunset.

6 Iron: Would probably move to the North Sentinel islands and build an empire.

GIM SSS: Do you prefer appetizers or desserts? Why?

6 Iron: Appetizers, I can FUCK up some mozzarella sticks with ranch.

GIM SSS: If you could create a new Alora/OSRS game mode (I.E. Ironman, HCIM, etc), what idea's would the game mode entail?

6 Iron: A game mode I've seen on youtube is a boss locked account. You are only able to gain your experience and items from bosses and their drop tables. No training on normal NPC's.

GIM SSS: Of the 3 potential new skills coming to OSRS, which of the 3 interests you the most and why? (Shamanism, Sailing, Taming)

6 Iron: Personally, I love the idea of Shamanism. I see so many endless possibilities that can be brought with this new skill. What excites me the most is the potential to revive some dead content and gear that has lost it's use in the world of Gilenor

Time or date that the updated rule(s) will be put into effect: Immediately

Part(s) added, changed or removed: RED

The act of purchasing/selling goods or services (accounts, real-life items, RSGP, Microsoft points, riot points, other private server items for Alora items, etc.) will not be tolerated. This rule further effaces hacks, scams, etc. We will not be held responsible for a scam or hacking. Failure to comply will result in the seller being permanently banned with a complete bank wipe, followed with an IP-ban the second time around. As for the buyer, a 72-hour ban with a complete bank wipe will be arranged, granted it was the first offense. The second offense will result in a 7-day ban with a complete bank wipe, and, lastly, a permanent ban.

Lucifers GIM: What is your favorite thing to do on Alora and why?

redcar: My favourite thing to do is any kind of raids (TOA, TOB, maybe COX). I enjoy it because it makes raids more fun and enjoyable in my opinion.

Lucifers GIM: If you could see 1 update put into the game, what would it be?

redcar: I can't think of any reasonable update. I like the way Alora is right now.

Lucifers GIM: What are your current goals (long term/short term or both) that you are currently working towards?

redcar: My current goals are completing TOA and TOB log slots.

Lucifers GIM: What are some activities outside of Alora that you enjoy doing?

redcar: My off time I really like to go rida a bike or as a gamer I love playing other FPS/multiplayer games with my friends.

Lucifers GIM: If you were to go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

redcar: I would like to visit Poland again, I was there a couple years ago and without a doubt I would go back there and explore more stuff!

GIM SSS: Outside of Alora, What is your most played game and what makes it so fun for you?

N: OSRS, but since that's a boring answer I'd have to go with CSGO. I've always liked the competitive element of the CS games overall as well as the high strategical skill cap.

GIM SSS: If you could travel anywhere in the world at no cost, where would you go?

N: Gibraltar, which I will hopefully be going to this April when visiting my brother in Spain. There are monkeys living on top of the Rock of Gibraltar. Insane views, cable cares and cute pickpocketing monkeys. What else could you want?

GIM SSS: What are you currently working on in Alora and what are your goals for your account?

N: Right now it's the occassional skilling, collection logging, TOBing and Nex mostly. I go for a more day-to-day basis of what I wanna do in-game. Goals at the moment are 750 collection logs, full Torva, any purple from ToB (177 dry atm), and 3b total xp.

GIM SSS: What is something you wish you kept doing from when you were younger?

N: Playing guitar. I played both guitar and drums when I was younger but focused more on the drums during my teens. Even though I don't regret focusing on the drums solely, I wish I kept playing the guitar as well.

GIM SSS: If you had to pick 1 movie or TV show to watch on repeat forever, which would it be?

This month we have a some good interviews from some long time players. Up first is VARlANT.

Lucifers GIM: What are your current goals in Alora

VARlANT: Current long term goals are pet hunting, collection logs, and 4.6b total xp. Short term goal would be high score ranks and going for 750 collections logged.

Lucifers GIM: What keeps you motivated to keep the grind going?

VARlANT: What motivates me is learning how to pvm more efficiently and slowly becoming a sweaty gamer while also seeing my ranks in the classic high scores go up.

Lucifers GIM: Whats the most memorable place you've visited?

VARlANT: The most memorable place would be Disney in Florida, it's where I took my wife on our first get away trip a year after being together and it's where we plan to take our new born on her first birthday to have plenty of pictures and memories.

Lucifers GIM: If you have 24 hours to do anything you want, what would that look like?

VARlANT: If I had 24hrs to do anything it'd be to just stay at home with my wife and baby and to spend the whole day just enjoying ourselves.

Lucifers GIM: What's the best gift you've every received?

VARlANT: The best gift I've ever received was the life I live, my work life balance hasn't always been the best, but through a lot of hard work I live a very comfortable life with a bright future. My wife and I have an extremely loving and supporting family, and considering the conditions I've grown up in, it's night and day and not a single day goes by where I don't appreciate and acknowledge that blessing.

Lucifers GIM: What made you want to start streaming and become the new events manager for Alora?

Tauri: I have streamed before I became a staff member in Alora, and a few days before the 6th Anniversary Drop Party I thought to myself, "Dang I wish Lowkey would be around and stream the event," as he used to and those were always bangers in my eyes. Therefore I came up with the idea of trying to stream myself, and I reached out to Omicron if they would be interested in me providing some content regarding the event and they were down to do it. Now people want me to stream more frequently but I personally would stream whenever there is content to cover (Anniversary, Christmas, Etc.)

When it comes to wanting to become an Event Manager, I used to help previous Event Managers with various events during my first stint as a staff member in 2019. Since I saw Moe was the only person handling events, taking a major toll on him cause of his other duties as wall, I reached out to him and offered my helping hand, which he accepted. From there, my interest in hosting events and potentially becoming an Event Manager only increased.

Lucifers GIM: Any inside track on new events you have been planning for our fellow Alorians?

Tauri: There definitely is some interesting stuff I would love to experiment with, for example the Quiz Event hosted by H has a lot of potential in my eyes. One idea is to try and create quizzes for each month over the course of 2023, completion and result of the quiz giving you a certain amount of points and in the end of the year, we will make a summary and announce the winners.

Other than that, I would say that most of my event ideas are rather spontaneous. I think of something I could possibly turn into an event, then develop a plan of how I am going to do it and then present the idea to other staff members (Secret Santa for example). If the plan is good, I will present it to the rest of the Alora Community.

Lucifers GIM: Besides Alora, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Tauri: I do work in IT, testing software. But aside of my job, one of my main hobbies is organizing and being a referee in Track and Field events. I even attempted an International Referee Exam, which if I pass, will give me chances to attend more events abroad. I used to be a big basketball enthusiast, so one of my goals is to get back into that eventually.

Lucifers GIM: What is the ideal way for you to spend your birthday?

Tauri: Usually I prefer quiet environments, because I see myself as a productive person at all times. So big parties and such things are never something I dream of. The past couple of years we've celebrated my birthday with a couple of friends and drink lots of alcohol in order to sustain the economy of our country. I do love surprises though, and the biggest surprise for me is that I will never know what my next birthday is going to be like, and I like it.

Lucifers GIM: What would be the first thing you did if you won the lottery?

Tauri: First thing I would do is ;;yell RIGGED. But in reality, the probability of me winning a lottery is the same as Morgen getting a Tanzanite Mutagen, so it is a 50/50. I probably wouldn't tell anyone about me winning the lottery and then going to try and improve living conditions for my family, because that's what I truly care about.

Monaco: What do you do in your spare time apart from play Alora?

~~Andy~~ : I have a close group of irl friends I usually hang out with weekly, whether in discord or at someone's house. I am also studying for my computer science degree to become a full stack web developer

Monaco: What are some of your long term targets on here?

~~Andy~~ : I recently just finished TOA, the main items I need are sang/scythe, torva helm, and torva platelegs. I am also planning to finish phosani for the inquisitors mace and skirt. After I obtain these items, I will probably chill out and do some pet hunting.

Monaco: What keeps you motivated?

~~Andy~~ : I honestly don't know. I feel like I should have been burnt out ages ago. I'm usually multitasking while I play Alora whether it's being in a discord call with my friends or watching shows or twitch streams.

Monaco: What's your favorite moment on Alora so far?

~~Andy~~ : My favorite moment is getting Tumeken's Shadow as the last rare that I needed to get all the items I wanted from TOA.

Monaco: Anything in particular you want to see added to, or changed in the game in the future?

~~Andy~~ : I'm kind of hoping Osmumten's fang gets tweaked. I've heard a number of people talking about how the rapier is actually stronger.

Monaco: What made you want to stick with Alora for so long?

~~Andy~~ : Alora was the first rsps I played, I think one of its best traits is the community. There are so many great friends that I have met.

Monaco: What do you do in your spare time apart from play Alora?

Hard Dance: Apart from going to work, I love to go out and visit a lot of raves/festivals. Music in general is my hobby, so sometimes I even travel long distances from home just to have some fun with a bunch of my IRL friends.

Monaco: What are some of your long term targets on here?

Hard Dance: One long term goal I have set for myself about 1-2 years ago was completing the hard clue scroll collection log including the main 3rd age items. Recently I've completed the regular collection log (without rares) and as of right now I'm only missing four 3rd age pieces so I'm going to continue trying to achieve this almost unachievable goal, but I'm pretty close.

Monaco: What keeps you motivated?

Hard Dance: I think mainly the community over here on Alora. Through all the years I've talked to so many awesome people and joining Aftermath CC also helped me a lot since I can share my own achievements with other dedicated gamers.

Monaco: What's your favorite moment on Alora so far?

Hard Dance: Probably the moment when I achieved 4.6B xp on my main back in 2020. It felt like a big achievement for me at that time since I haven't done anything like that on servers I've played before and I proved to myself that I am able to finish a big grind like this.

Monaco: Anything in particular you want to see added to, or changed in the game in the future?

Hard Dance: Honestly I'm happy with what Alora provides to us, but I'm always down for changes that make Alora feel like we are playing actual OSRS.

Monaco: What made you want to stick with Alora for so long?

Hard Dance: Back in 2018 when I first started playing Alora, I already knew that this server would be the one. The active community, great game features, and a lot of different content that Alora provided way before any other servers did. I just feels right to be here haha.

This month we have a couple good interviews with some long time players! Up First 18 otherwise known as Evol

Lucifers GIM: What made you want to come back to the staff team, and how have you been enjoying it since you've been back?

18: I came back because the man I taught when he first joined the Staff team Lucifier has became admin. I couldn't let him surpass me so I rejoin to take his spot. Muhaha. Nah, for real the reason I left in the first place was because life and work became busy. Now it has calm down so I decide to come back to help and support the server I dearly love.

Moe and Lucifier kept asking me for fee pics but aside from that, the team is helpful and friendly. I enjoy it alot.

Lucifers GIM: What are you currently working on in game?

18: I am currently trying to max my GIM. Fun Fact: This is my 8th GIM I've made. (Says his RNG has sucked on all of them, but there's only 1 common factor..... Him....)

Lucifers GIM: If you could go shark diving, bungee jumping, or skydiving. What would you do and why?

18: Skydiving. I am afraid of heights so I want to conquer my fear one day. But I will only do so with Lucifer. That way in case of an accident, I can use him as a landing pad.

Lucifers GIM: What's the single best piece of advice you ever received?

18: Always look forward. No matter what happened in the past, it is done. You can't change what happened, but you can improve the future.

Lucifers GIM: If you could live the life of 1 movie or TV show, what would it be and why?

18: Naruto of course! Who doesn't want to run with your arms back and throw up gang signs mid fight!

Lucifers GIM: What are you currently working on in the game of Alora

J boogs: Currently I'm working on filling as many collection slots I can on my main account J boogs. I'm currently 639/1038 and slowly making headway. This has been a great way for myself to try new content in game that I normally wouldn't do to get the slots logged!

Lucifers GIM: What are your thoughts on the two biggest pros and two biggest cons between Alora and OSRS.

J boogs: My two pros would be the players and friends base the game has and the different content the game has to offer. My con would be the normie economy and mainly cosmetic items have went to crap.

Lucifers GIM: If you were able to update 1 thing on Alora what would it be, and why?

J boogs: Adding combat achievements. Yes I know Dan has already kinda blew this with adding the slayer helmets into the store, but I think this would be a great new piece of content, especially for players like myself only doing end game content.

Lucifers GIM: If you had to give one piece of advice, what would it be?

J boogs: Just live as opposed to just existing. People need to stop taking life for granted and not living life in the moment. We are only here for so long, so we gotta appreciate the time we are given and live life in the moment. (Yes I know cliché as fuck.)

Lucifers GIM: What has been the most memorable time in your life?

J boogs: I don't think I can answer with just one answer. I've had so many awesome and memorable times in my life that it's hard to keep track. I'm super fortunate to be in the position I am in, but I've worked hard to be where I'm at today.
