What is your suggestion?:

Add a bit more info to some of the existing donor perks which are really vague/unclear atm.

1. 8a4a4fbd95c25c874dddc4ac36ef435b.png

576635264f97c48f220c37a756e76191.png

I see a lot of people thinking that this perk (getting more max loot in raids) actually means more rolls for a purple item. I personally think these extra loot rolls are only for common drops. Either way, I think this vagueness and uncertainty is not needed when we're talking about perks that people pay for. There should be a clear explanation whether the extra item in Raids can only be common/uncommon drop or actually increases the chance of a purple (might seem that it does for CoX but not for ToB, anyways this unclearness adds to my point).

2. 6172ff9039b18e0a4105b63bc728892c.png

baae0eb34cb672985ddd964e158fddea.png

Are these 2 perks linked to each other? If yes, put them under each other and make their titles match (atm it says for all rares on one but not the other). If not, we need clear explanation if both of these perks apply to Raids and minigames ASWELL (as with drop booster explanation in ::store)

A patch note extract from https://www.alora.io...+theatre +blood

shows the following: a623dd53270486a3291be3b32a973f78.png

Notice how it does not say anything about donor perks effecting change of purple drop. This has caused a lot of doubt whether donor status effects chance of purples or not in Raids. WE NEED CLARIFICATION.

Is this in OSRS?:

No this system doesn't exist

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No

How would this benefit Alora?:

These are an important aspect of the game and something which people specifically pay for. There should be no room for vagueness as it might lead to people feeling cheated but can also lead to people purchasing more bonds and supporting the server since they understand the perks better.

This goal isn't to know why people go dry, that's just rng. The goal here is for the community to know better what they are paying for.

I support the fine print. Makes sense to update it/keep it updated.

Agreed. I'd like to see some clarification too.

1. I always thought more rolls = a better chance on getting a purple. This is why higher donors are getting way more drops than non-donors for example. Up to 233% to be exact. I think this is at least the difference between an immortal and a non-donor. Or well, in CoX.

2. The boosted drop rate + the check mark certainly have something to do with each other. Boosted drop rate for all rares? Yes? -> x%. No? -> empty.

3. I still think ToB drops aren't as common as they should be. They seem to be rarer than the OSRS droprate.

Support, does help to add more clarification and specifics in the donation FAQs section.

I agree with #3, tob drops seem near 2x as rare as before if not more. Especially for high donors. I've brought this up many times, but he says the rates are 'fine' meanwhile im 1/70 drop rate with 300~ kc as an uber

Support!  I'm approaching 100 cox completely dry with super donor and starting to feel discouraged.   At this point, it definitely seems like donor rank matters more than gear/DPS when it comes to getting purples.  Now I'm okay with donor perks that save players time, but donor ranks should definitely not be increasing drop rates from 1/100 to 1/10.  Not saying that it really does do that, but we definitely need more clarification on donor perks!

I can agree with specifying the perks better.

@ Real Alan just fyi i went my first 150 cox dry is an uber donor so it has nothing to do with donor rank, just unlucky rng.

Yes, these definitely need to be clarified. I was told by many people (including Omicron himself) that the uber boosted drop-rates also applied to pets.. but when immortal donor was released, it came with a separate statement of boosted pet drop-rates.

BROO!!  150 cox dry?  That must have been terrible.  Hopefully my luck will turn around, and if it doesn't.... Fk it!  REALISM REPRESENT!  I'll still raid with my team!

Btw, I've done 171 cox raids on super donor Iron Alan (years ago) and have only gotten 1 drop, dragon claws.  This was before purple lights were added to indicate drops and before prayer scroll drop rates were increased, so usually I don't mention it.  Yes, it's probably bad RNG, but I do think a little extra clarification would be beneficial to all of Alora!

I can agree with specifying the perks better.
