Alan's COX Advice

Donor

Receiving a cox unique is heavily donor rank based. Over half of my purples, including both twisted bows, were obtained as a bonus item and not actually in a chest. I shit you not the extra rolls from uber+ are absolutely crucial for getting uniques. I went 140 dry as a super donor back when realism had no tbows and group raids were the meta. In retrospect, I realized always try to minimize the amount of people it takes to get the raid done. Your odds are simply better in solos than in 4 mans. If you're going to invest the same amount of time, you may as well get the most out of it!

Also, solos simplify the Olm fight by taking out the annoying portal matching part. This allows you to pray melee and focus on learning how to run head. This is very important to do before attempting duos because you always want to meet up on the side Olm is not targeting when you're paired up.

Boosts

Next up, we're going to talk about boosts. Have you ever popped a drop booster at revs? If you were going to get a lil' dick emblem and you popped a drop booster beforehand, the boost will upgrade your lil' dick emblem to a regular sized dick emblem. What's my point? Drop boosters are basically viagra for cox. You want to use them as much as possible to maximize the size of your peepee. But... that's not all. You also want to take advantage of the 1.2x server cox bonuses. My theory is server cox bonus acts as another boost, enabling you to further enlarge your regular sized peepee to a big peepee. Both my twisted bows were obtained while on drop booster in conjunction with server cox bonus

Points

I've noticed that most twisted bow drops happened at 11k+ points. Before the cox update, points didn't really matter since 11k points was fairly easy to pull off. We had more than enough rooms after all. Now, raids are usually 5-6 rooms, so I would highly recommend popping a raid booster! Also, always skip ice demon to save time and free up an inventory slot. Ice demon requires you to drop your inventory, collect sampling, and wait for your fires to finish warming up the demon's balls.... before you can fucking fight the boss! Not fucking worth! I'd also recommend skipping crabs if you don't have a dragon warhammer or if you're a dumb ass like me
