Last night I was fortunate to acquire a Blisterwood Flail from Pyramid Plunder. Soon after, I went to collect some Mort Myre fungus to create some super energy potions. Upon arrival at the swamp, to my absolute horror, I found that the Blisterwood Flail's Bloom Spell does not work!
What is your suggestion?:
Enable the Blisterwood Flail's Bloom spell.
Is this in OSRS?:
Yes. Moreover, it's already half-way part of Alora; the flail's drop-down menu already contains the 'Bloom' option. Clicking the button (regardless of your location) prints the message "Nothing interesting happens".

I don't believe so. I couldn't find any similar topics in the forums. In general, I tried to be extremely thorough before writing this post, but I am new, and it's possible I've made some kind of error. I apologize if that is the case.
How would this benefit Alora?:
Enabling the Blisterwood Flail's Bloom spell would give players an alternative and more organic method of collecting Mort Myre fungus. Of course, players can just buy a silver sickle b with vote points, but I think many players would appreciate a method of earning the same ability in game. It would also make the flail operate as originally intended. The Blisterwood Flail gets a lot of its value from the Bloom spell.
