Well, you see, people already know they would most likely get pk'd wearing 0 wealth just sitting around in wildy (due to the bounty system/pkp, i'm not complaining) and I don't see people all of sudden thinking it's worth to bring some wealth they can lose to do some pvm. Of course I'm talking about the average, solo player. I'm sure all the clans/wealthy friends would be able to lock down all bosses during those boosts, making it so the rich get richer.
No support either.
Hey @Seneca! You bring up a good point and I'd like to add some input from a different perspective.
If you're going to do PVM in wild, you should definitely be risking. I'd say at least 250k. Bare minimum, you should have enough to cover black d'hide to tank mage, fighter torso to tank melee/range, and supplies to escape to safety. If you're killing venenatis at 30 line, for example, you should be prepared to tank a half teleblock, lasting 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Don't rely on that seed pod with no plan B for escape. I mean I guess you can... just don't be upset when you get killed
For those of you that don't understand, I challenge you to think about it from another perspective. If you enter a player versus player zone wearing nothing, you're basically telling the players around you...
"You can't kill me! I bet I can log out before you can get to me! Hold my beer, bro! Check it! I don't even need tank gear."
My point here is... one of the major challenges of wilderness activity is maximizing your reward potential and minimizing your risk. You should ALWAYS be risking enough gear and supplies so that you can escape if need be. Unless you're escaping by death, of course! Just please, don't be like these people...
