A simple suggestion, I suggest a point/permit boost that would vary with donor rank.

 

For example: A normal game now would get you 5 permits running a solo.

 

I would suggest a 5%-20% point boost per donor level starting at uber/rank below and increasing from there. 

 

 

Maybe a Hard cap at 8 permits per game at max donor rank as too much more would be way too much.

 

 

I'm open to anyone adding to this idea or just hearing out why it wouldn't be something good for the game.

You can efficiently get more permits by playing longer games since it's 700 points per permit once you collect the first one at 2,000. So there is not much of a hard cap of permits you can receive, it varies more by the length of games you choose to do.

 

There has been an accepted suggestion already of a vote book bonus for this minigame that will increase your points during the games while the bonus is active which will also help lead you to more permits.

 

I would be on board with instead of everyone receiving 1 permit at 2,000 points no matter their rank, that based upon their rank that initial permit is increased. For example once 2,000 points hit Extreme- Uber gets 2 permits, Master 3 permits, Immortal 4, something along these lines etc just for the initial permit reward just to make donors get some sort of perk with new content as it comes out. I think everything else is fine especially with a vote book bonus being introduced soon.

Permit 1: 2,000

Permit 2: 700

Permit 3: 700

Permit 4: 700

 

This is the exact same as saying...

 

Boat fee: 1,300

Permit 1: 700

Permit 2: 700

Permit 3: 700

Permit 4: 700

 

So essentially, you're better off doing fewer but longer games.  Why?

Because you want to reduce boat fees and maximize points/permits, rather than rush to kill Tempoross.
