What is your suggestion?: Make Tome of fire as a announced drop from Wintertodt.

Is this in OSRS?: No.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Not that i know of.

How would this benefit Alora?: I feel like this item is rare enough to be announced in yell like Tome of Water is.
