What is your suggestion?:

Allow players to bless their uncharged dizana's quivers for free

(after they have unlocked the permanent feature with 75k sunfire splinters)

by using their uncharged quivers on a shrine of Ralos

How would this benefit Alora?:

 

Combining a blessed dizana quiver with a max cape creates the dizana's max cape

Once sailing is released, players will no longer be able to wield dizana's max cape until 99 sailing

Rather than force players to farm another 75k sunfire splinters, I suggest...

 

 

Option 1:

allow players to bless their uncharged quivers for free on the shrine of Ralos

(after permanent unlock)

 

Option 2:

allow players to separate their quiver max cape with a knife

(like in OSRS)

I'm nearly certain that you will be able to use a knife on the transformed max capes to get the original capes back, exactly how it is on OSRS.
