Reduce the cost of aldarium in the Mixology store to be more appropriate for a RSPS

 

 

Mox 80 -> 8

Aga 60 -> 6

Lye 90 -> 9

How would this benefit Alora?:

aldarium is a herblore secondary obtained from the mixology minigame

it is used to make goading and prayer regeneration potions

using harralander and huasca respectively

reducing the cost to buy aldarium will make these potions more accessible to the community

neutral I guess, I think your proposed numbers are way too much of a reduction, maybe half them at most.

You can grow 120 huasca herbs in 1 farm run.  Getting 120 aldarium though?  that'll take hours of mixology

 

Alora is a RSPS where most herblore secondaries are sold from an NPC in unlimited stock

 

It doesn't make sense to charge an arm and a leg for herblore secondaries. 

Make aldarium accessible on Alora!

I support the idea overall. The points are very slow to gather at the moment (takes much longer to get the rewards than some of the other minigames). I would like to see a 33% increase in points/hr or something like that. Also for an RSPS the price of Aldarium should be a little lower: instead of 80, 60 & 90 it should be around 60, 45 & 68 e.g. a 25% decrease in cost. This way it would still be a little grindy but not as bad for an RSPS. Of course I am bias since I do not like the minigame since it is not really afk but it is not not afk either.

In a case like this we wouldn't want to change individual item prices in the shop for a minigame, since we didn't balance it to begin with. What we have done is added bonuses for players (a raw 20% bonus over OSRS, up 30% from events, 15% from vote books, and 5-30% from your donator rank), and we'd prefer to continue doing it that way. I'm going to accept this partially, and increase the maximum boost from events to 50% rather than 30%.
