Make instance tokens transferable across game modes (like vote books and drop boosters)

How would this benefit Alora?:

Instance tokens are timed consumables just like vote books and drop boosters, so making them transferable across game modes makes sense. 

This would make it more convenient for players using tokens for boss instances to stay in their own clan chat instead of having to hop to an alts'.
