@Omicron I really do feel like this is a very well written suggestion/proposal by mochiii. In my honest opinion, with the cooking npc limited to players who have already maxed the cooking skill and also gaining 0 exp from it, the addition is far from being overpowered. With the addition of the cooking npc, players can spend more gaming sessions pvming/grinding/pvping then just spending 1 whole gaming session cooking food. Please consider this addition. Thank you!

I don't know if I'd support this fully for normies as people at low levels usually fish + cook to make GP and I think the market of cooked fish in the TP would drop if this NPC was added (It's not a great way of making money as it is).

Probably would say the diary + 200m xp requirement would make more sense though!

 

Support if the requirements are difficult and wouldn't ruin the market for newbies / low levels.

I've just finished 200m finish with 35k raw manta. 
As i've already got 200m cooking its ridiculous to spent another 40hrs cooking them for no xp at all.

Cooking NPC for all those with 200m XP + a GP cost, PLZ

I support this suggestion, it would help speed up PVM and get rid of a monotonous thing that most don't want to do.

I'll support this since it'd be purely a QOL update, but I still think you should consider cooking your own fish. You need the xp

This isn't similar enough to the herblorists by Edgeville with lower requirements.

If the cooking npc was added the reqs to use it would have to be higher due to how good it is... Also the herb npc only makes unfinished potions and not the full potion so of course the reqs aren't going to be the same.
