I suggest removing the XP reduction from fishing sharks with shark lures

no, but there is precedent in Alora

no xp reduction from using blood essence

How would this benefit Alora?:
Shark lure quality of life - currently they're useless
Players are already taking an XP reduction by fishing shark instead of manta ray
Additional XP reduction for such minor improvement in catch rate is utterly pointless
It's like putting xp reduction on using blood essence (which slightly increases blood rune yield)
It makes a lot more sense to make shark lures speed up catch rate without reducing xp
This would make them actually worth using on a RSPS
