What is your suggestion?:

Allow players to claim the pets they earned during League onto their linked accounts.

 

Is this in OSRS?:

Yes.  OSRS has a similar mechanic, allowing players to carry over pets onto the next game mode.

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No.  The League hiscores are still available along with boss kill counts, so in theory, this should be as simple as returning a lost pet.

 

How would this benefit Alora?:

Rewards players of the first League and encourages participation in subsequent League events.

NEUTRAL on this one. I would be happy to have the pets from my league account on my main but it doesn't really makes any difference honestly, since I have the pets of my league player already on my main...

No support from me. This way we might aswell combine pets gained on other modes (HC/EIM/GIM ect)

The actual mechanism on OSRS is that the pets carry on over leagues and not to the normal game mode.

Like @ funkallday mentioned, the mechanic allows you to keep your pets between leagues, which we could consider adding, but since the accounts are different, we will not be allowing players to transfer their league pets onto a different account.
