What is your suggestion?: Buff the thammarons sceptre to be on par with the other wildy weapons

Is this in OSRS?: no

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: no, it's still ass

How would this benefit Alora?: right now thammarons sceptre is garbage, should act as a charged staff that uses ether as ammo.

I like the idea of buffing it, but could you explain more on how it should be buffed and in what way?

Vesta's longsword kicks ass.

Statius's warhammer kicks ass.

Morrigan's javelin kicks ass.

Zuriel's staff?  Na, that's just ass.

Can't autocast.  No spec bar.  No venom.  Consumes pkp charges.

Die with it in PVM and you can't even go back to pick it up off the ground.

So I guess... in a way, the thammaron's sceptre is on par with other wildy weapons.

Viggora's mace kicks ass.

Craw's bow kicks ass.

Thammaron's sceptre?  Na, that's just ass.

Can't autocast.  No spec bar.  No venom.  No built in attack.  Consumes ether.

Only +100% accuracy & +25% damage boost on wildy monsters that you can stack with slayer helm, salve (avarice), and other magic damage boosting gear (occult/ancestral/tormented brace)

imagine the total damage boost...

Thammaron sceptre 25%

Tormented bracelet 5%

Slayer helm (i) 15%

Occult necklace 10%

Tome of fire 50%

Imbued god cape 2%

Ancestral top 2%

Ancestral bottom 2%

For a whopping, 111% magic damage boost on slayer monsters in the wilderness.  Someone please test this for me  :D

*Side note - i think we should consider allowing the thammaron's sceptre to autocast the arceuus spellbook.  Imagine using 'dark demonbane' spell for an extra 25% damage and 40% accuracy on demons in the wild.  Psssp skotizo is a black demon.

I could see it being changed to having a spell like Trident or Sang. It is def very underwhelming for its droprate.

Yea this is what i meant by buffing it. Just make it not require runes like the craws doesnt require arrows.

Would definitely like to see a buff to this.

Even something simple as auto-cast capability with a dmg% to wildy monsters.

I'm not sure how, but I'd definitely like to see this weapon buffed.

Support.

Full support to make this wep usable in the wild.
Even for pure/low lvl pking of not pvming.

Mace and craws slap. This should be on parr or otherwise changed to a higher drop rate

I believe OSRS recently announced plans for the Thammaron sceptre, so we won't be making any custom changes to it, since I expect they'll be making their own
